I stopped eating SOBell several years ago, but I fell for them tempting commercials for "nacho fries" and was lured in one day after dropping off movies. I ordered that and a few other things including a strawberry skittles slush. I was first told that it would be a few minutes for my drink because an employee forgot to turn on the machine and it had to defrost. i was asked if I wanted something else to drink instead and I said no. She pushed me into getting a soft drink and tried to give me a large because it "costs the same as the slush". I told her no ma'am I don't need any more restaurant cups, I want a small. She handed me the cup, but not the price difference. Then I get a tray with a disappointing child size portion of nacho fries and a joke of a cheese sauce cup. The fries were cold, but I tried a nibble and it was the worst decision because it left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth for the whole ride home. I then touched what was supposed to be grilled and found it to be ice cold. By then I was ready for a refund. When I go to the counter they had a watery slush dripping all over the counter for me. I told the girl I wanted a full refund and gave her the tray of food and my receipt. She went to get a manager who thought I had to "explain" to her why I wanted my money back and I told her I didn't have to explain. She gave me my refund and then asked for my name which I gave her my first name and she wrote it on the refund slip. Then she asked for my number and I said "No" and she wrote "customer refused to give number" and I know she was not...
Read moreI went to Taco Bell yesterday evening and WOW. I can’t believe the fast one this night crew tried to pull on me. I ordered two 6 peice naked chicken chips and when I received my order I pulled one container out and looked at these brown over cooked pieces of chicken. I took a couple of bites and said to myself “This tastes like they have been sitting for a long time and since I ordered them they put them in the fryer for a bit.” This way they are warm when I get them. Ewwwwww! Gross gross gross!!!! I went back inside and showed them to the manager, I think his name is Chance, the chicken I had and he said he would make me a fresh one. I said ok and waited 3-4 minutes for my new order. Now here’s where we have a problem. When I got my new order the naked chicken chips were lightly fried and thick and tender. Not hard to chew at all. Why was I even served the over cooked ones in the first place? I’m going to post a picture under their photos to show everyone what I mean. You can clearly tell in the photo which container is my original order and which is the new order. The General Manager is this location needs to seriously re-train this night crew. Many have said that going to this particular Taco Bell at night is always a bad idea because, well they suck. I decided to give them a chance and this was the result. No one should ever be served food of this quality. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat it when we got home. Customer service is really not hard. Treat others like you would want to be treated. Read moreLast three times I said I wasn't coming back, and keep giving them chances. I understand working in fast food can be challenging at times, but when it takes 20-30 minuets in a drive thru to get your order which is almost always wrong it does get aggravating. But this last time was it for me! I drove up to the speaker and I was told to hang on a moment that someone would shortly take my order. I waited, and waited.. After 10-15 minuets of waiting I finally honked, someone asked if I had been waited on and I told them no, that someone over the speaker said "I will be rite with you" but never did and that was over 10 minuets ago. He continued to take my order with no apology and when I got up to the window to pay to wait again, he handed my food and asked me if I honked, which I told him that I did because i was told to wait and I waited forever and he says to me "Dont do that again because it tends to "pi$$" ppl off"! Well, apparently customer service is not a number one priority, nor do they have people skills! This is not good for business and someone from your corporate office needs to check this place out!
