Vapor 100 — Local services in Seminole

This place has the WORST customer service. I have been to the store 5 times and I’ve had issues. I was interested in learning about pain the girl behind the counter litteraly told me the different kinds and colors of kratom powders were flavors. I went in on a Sunday for the happy hour to get 25% off kratom. There are signs in the store which have it in multiple places. They told me they could not honor the discount as there were problems. No big deal. The girl at the register told me to come in on Tuesday & this would be corrected. I came in the next Tuesday & explained what happened and NOTHING! then they said their card reader was down and they were only taking cash my husband and I drove all the way home (15 miles away) to get cash. When we got back to the store the clerk said “you should have just paid when you were here before and got it 25% off for happy hour.” My mom came to town. She lives an hour and a half away. Their store hours online say they close at 9pm. When we got there about 8:05 the lady said they close at 8pm. I showed her online where it said 9pm. She argued with me and said to come back the next day. I called just now and asked if they did curbside pickup they told me no as they would need to see an ID I told them I had my ID. However, they still would not do curbside. I finally asked to talk to the manager! She was the rudest person I have ever spoken with she told me they couldn’t help computer issues. I know this... however, a coupon or discount would have been nice... especially happening 3 times now. I told her they could take their signs down. She told me no because sometimes the discount works. So I asked about the girl who acted knowledgeable about kratom.... however, was giving advice which could hurt people!!!!!! She told me people are new and it’s a new store. I informed her I always try to shop local to support our small town.... she advised me not to shop with her as she is not local. Therefore this business does not care one bit o out our town or the people who are paying her salary. I told her I would be speaking with higher ups and she advised me she “was the higher up” as she was the regional manager. Do not waste your money here. These people do not care about our community they just want to make a dollar. They know nothing about their products and do not stick by their word or care about the town of Seminole. Support LOCAL business and not franchise’s that are taking away from the smaller guy. The smaller business’ always stand behind their product. Don’t trust these people. HORRIBLE...

Would leave absolutely zero Stars if possible! Everything is overpriced on top of that I'm 30 years old have my ID with me and mentioned a flavor and brand my husband likes that they do not carry who is 40 and she refused to let me buy a vape! Even when I specifically told her they did not carry the brand that he likes only the brand that I like. She was very rude about it I drove all the way from bowlegs just to have service refused for mentioning my husband in the store absolutely pathetic I never once said that I was buying him a vapor all I did was tell her they do not have the brand...

This used to be a great vape shop.... Until they started destroying the culture with things that should stay at the gas stations ... So now they sell METH PIPES, and non FDA approved DELTA 8 (FAKE WEED)... along with a plethora of kratom... So what is this, a vape store, a novelty shop, a smoke shop, or a head shop... I mean the name of the place is "vapor 100"... But it's becoming less vapor in every sense of the way.... Danni is great, Josh is great, Zach is great.... But the higher ups need to get it together... I just hope they change the name of their business...
