I bought a turbo hotspot from cricket in Seminole and it doesn't work like they guaranteed it would. I've already taken it back once and they said they fixed the problem and it's didn't work. So I went back and told them again it still wasn't working and the guy wrote down on a sticky note something to watch on YouTube. SMH now after doing a little research it sounds like I'm not gonna be able to get a refund what's up with that. Not only does the device not work I wasn't given a receipt upon purchasing it and I went back twice in the same day and still nothing. Hope Enrique can make the trade happen that he said would be no issues. So far I've not been able to get the phone I wanted die to stock issues and was forced to make a purchase on my behalf case I needed a phone , BUT definitely not the one that I wanted from Cricket wireless. I just hope he can fulfill his promise that if I didn't like the phone e it could be exchanged no problem. Gonna try again for the second time and 200 more miles round trip from Ada to Seminole and back to Ada afain to get the correct phone.

Very happy with the phone service. Only change I noticed over the other big Seminole carrier is my bill dropped by almost 50% and no more going to slow speed once I used all my high speed data. . I watch YouTube, email, and a little Facebook. No problems with downloads or speeds. I don't watch HD video so I can't say how that works. But the people working in this store are mostly clueless.
