We had a reservation at this restaurant for 5:15 PM. We arrived on time and found the restaurant extremely crowded. However, they had our table ready for us. Let me tell you about their day before we arrived. They had a party of 25 reserved for 3:30 PM and a party of 20 for 4:30 PM When the party of 20 arrived, it was actually a party of 60. It would’ve been easy to ignore our reservation and just seat us when they got a moment, however, they took the time to realize that they were going to need a table for us. We were not in any hurry, as this was a business dinner. The staff could not have been Kind and attentive. We were served water promptly, our bottles of wine arrived quickly. We got a chance to sit and talk as we made our decision about what to eat. Our server Melissa was kind and attentive to us. She explained what was going on and why the restaurant looked the way it did She didn’t complain about the situation. We let her know that we were not in any kind of hurry. She still gave us her absolute best service. Our meals arrived, hot, and in a timely manner. The food was delicious. We really got to enjoy just being together. There was an issue with our bill where I was charged for A $96 bottle of wine versus a $30 bottle of wine. I did not see this until after I paid. As not to make a scene in front of my business associates, or anyone else in the restaurant, I simply walked up to the bar and showed them the Bottle that we had versus the bottle we were charged for. The bartender got a manager who handled it immediately, and even offered to change my tip amount as I had tipped based on the original bill. Of course, that was not necessary, because our server not only worked hard for us, but also for that large party. I am so glad that I chose this restaurant for our dinner. Not only will I come back for business, I will also come back for personal meals. Thank you so much for a great experience, in spite of all you had going on.

My husband and I visited for the first time yesterday. I read that the restaurant had just been voted Best Italian Restaurant of Coweta County, so we were really looking forward to our visit. I had made a reservation on Open Table, due to recommendations from other reviewers. We had a 5:30 reservation and we were surprised to see so many diners at that hour (we usually don't eat out that early, but we were attending a play afterwards). It is definitely a popular place! Jay was our server and he was attentive and friendly! We started with the calamari and they were tasty. My husband tried the chicken parmigiana and said it was good. My entree was Bucatini All' Amatriciana, and it didn't disappoint!! It was delicious!! I have a leftover, as it was an abundant portion. We had to sample a dessert and decided on the limoncello cake, which was super. I also ordered an espresso macchiato, which arrived lukewarm but tasted ok (I probably should have let Jay know, but didn't). Overall we enjoyed our dinner and will return. Others had mentioned the noise level, which we noticed as it got more and more full, but think it's due to the high ceiling. Parking is abundant, due to being in a shopping center (it's a little tricky crossing to the restaurant since its on the end next to the entrance from the busy street).

Can't stop thinking about this place! My husband took us here for our 1 year anniversary last night and what a special time we had. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the service was immaculate. Our waitress, Audrey, was so friendly, funny and attentive and she gave us great recommendations for appetizers and entrées. The bartender, Junior, crafted our drinks and they really are quite magical! We don't drink a lot of alcohol so it was fun being able to enjoy fancy, beautiful drinks. You'll have to order something to see what the fuss is about! We tried the mussels and toasted goat cheese apple ravioli for our apps which were sooo good. I ordered Maria's Penne Burrata with meatballs and my husband ordered the Italian Stuffed Porkchop. Compliments to your chef and cooking staff!!! Honestly that was some of the best pasta I've personally ever had. Towards the end, we were warmly greeted by one of the owners, Maria, who gave us two glasses of champagne when she heard it was our first anniversary. That was so magical and kind. My husband and I honestly don't get out much so our experience at this restaurant was really special. Thank you all for the kindness, amazing food and for the warm memory celebrating there!

Lots of things could make this place a 4-5 star establishment. Sadly our first experience here was not great. The Mozzarella Fritta Rolls. Item was clearly cooked, but cool interior. Was not appealing to eat a cool fritta roll with a warmish tomato sauce. Bruschetta...these cherry tomatoes were not roasted like the menu said. I'm not sure what happened here. Overall decent taste..just an interesting delivery. Friends Italian Stuffed Pork Chop...half way into eating..raw interior. Restaurant took it back and brought a new dish. Bucatini all' Amatriciana....Seriously the cheapest tasting pasta dish I have had in a few years. Looks and tasted like a can of diced tomatoes, some garlic, and a hint an almost unfindable hint of pancetta in there. Decided to order this with sausage. Sausage was cooked but cool, yet pasta was piping hot. Something was off tonight with the food. Temperatures were so varied across our plates.

Now let's get into the service side. You can't seem to make reservations by calling. Ok, let's use open table...sorry can't do reservations on weekends it seems. Watched two families leave the waiting area frustrated because they had been told a 1 hour wait, and at the 1.5 hour mark they left. Our party of 4 was told 45 minutes. Our final wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. But mainly because the hostess got mixed up and overlooked our name. The noise level, do not come here if you are remotely expecting to hear the other people at your table. Even our waiter had to ask us multiple times, what did you say? Part of the reason why this is an issue is the design of the establishment. Yes the open ceiling concept is neat. But with a room that holds that quantity of people, you really need some acoustical items to help deaden the sound that can still be decorative. As an example look at the Whisperwave Ceiling Cloud. Our waiter was good overall tonight. But he would randomly disappear. Tonight he handed me the Toast device to finish paying for my meal which is fine. I was finished quickly, but after a few minutes he still had not returned. The other couple at our table needed to pay, so I found their bill myself on the toast devices and finished the transaction with them on his behalf. He popped up later and didn't seem very concerned that we had handled using the device without him.

Sadly, I will not be recommending this establishment or returning...

edit* The owner Brian reached out which I appreciate so much and will make it right. We are going to give this beautiful place another chance and am looking forward to a better experience. I appreciate the attentiveness and care. We want this place to succeed and from business owner to business owner thank you!

This was a terrible experience and it was so sad because it was my husband’s birthday. We had a reservation and were greeted sweetly by Julianna and sat right away. Our waitress was so rude we waited and waited no acknowledgement. Finally she came over and it seemed she was more concerned about her bigger tables but then it got weird. There were other couples at different tables she was engaging with but seemed very bothered by us for no reason as we didn’t say a word. Finally she came over and took our drinks, I asked her politely as I noticed others had bread if she would bring some. She replied “yeah I’ll get your bread “ with a snappy attitude. She didn’t come back and proceeded to disappear. Finally 10 min went by and a food runner came by and I asked him for bread. Honestly if we weren’t starving we would have left. There was so much time that went by, she rarely checked on anything frankly the bus girl did more. When she took our order she put her foot on the chair and kept bumping my husband and me when she would pass by( there was plenty of room between tables) it was just weird and seemed intentional after while. The food was good the place was beautiful but after that rudeness the night was ruined. I wouldn’t be saying any of this if I haven’t worked in hospitality specifically fine dining for a long time. This missed the mark bad. It’s really sad because there are just no standards anymore. We never complain but after paying our tab we talked to the manager. We were not looking for a free meal, we don’t want this happen again to others because it really is...
