Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter at 6:30, was told about 35-45 minutes so I didn’t bother getting my toddler in the tub and or anything until we had ate. I had also called my boyfriend when he was on his way home from a 14 hour shift and told him that pizza would be here for him when he got home 20 minutes later. Fast forward to 8:30, no pizza. No contact from delivery driver. I had gotten a text at 7 that my order was on the way and it never came. I had a fussy kiddo who I had to throw dinner together for. We had tried to call a few times and they never picked up the phone. So I sent my boyfriend out to the store (that we live 3 minutes from) and 5 minutes later the delivery driver shows up, no pizzas or drink in hand and just says “I tried to call, I got lost.” Which I don’t believe as he has delivered to us a few times before. I looked at my phone and he had tried to call 5 minutes ago. I told him that my boyfriend had already went to the store, guy walked off without giving me my order (even my 2 liter!). The store did refund us and give us our order plus some, but didn’t even have an excuse. They were not understaffed from what it seemed, my boyfriend said the phone was ringing and no one was going to answer it while he was in the store. We won’t be ordering...
Read more(Note, I can not post without providing a start, so it's a FAKE 1 star)!! Worst experience EVER!!! I placed my order over the phone, waited over an hour & 1/2. I called the store, she stated we don't have your order. Call the customer service line back. I called the customer service line and advised her that I have already spoke with someone at the store and they said they did not have my order, she then transferred back to the store where the young lady (and I am being nice calling her that) first said "Thank you for calling Papa John's in Senoia. How can I help you?" I said "Papa John's? is this not Pizza Hut, she said, "Oh Yeah"..then she got smart and said "My manager said we don't have your order"..and she hung the phone up in my face. Talk about rude.. I called customer service and asked for a manager why said the store canceled my order because they do not deliver to this address (but you can deliver 10 doors down, whatever). I said well please provide me with a voided transaction number or any transaction number....Talk About Service...we waited all this time for this type of service. Thank you but NO Thank You!!!...

Arrived at 9:10. Called from outside and someone answered and said to the workers some guy named Richard was on the phone for contactless delivery. After about 10 minutes someone picked up the phone and said the order was not out of the oven. I told them I was in the parking lot waiting and hung up. After 20 minutes I went in and the pizza and cinnabon rolls were in the heated area. I asked why I was not contacted when it was ready she stated most people pull to the curb and wait. I told her it was not curbside I ordered and did not want to block people coming through especially since order was already late.
