I go to this chick-fil-a all the time because it's a convenient location and it is the worst of all the chick fil as (which yes, which means it's still better than other fast food establishments). They have gotten my order wrong or completely left meals out on multiple occasions. They frequently give you less sauce than you ask for or don't include it at all (when I'm ordering for 4 people, I need more than 2 sauce packets... c'mon).
I was finally prompted to write a review, however, because of their new policy requiring guests who order gift cards to go inside to prevent us from "clogging up the drive thru." I have never NOT gotten my gift cards from the drive thru, so by implementing this policy I'm now clogging up the drive thru (because I obviously did that first to get my gift cards) but simply had nothing to show for it. Next I'm "clogging up" the parking lot and inside by having to go inside to place the order, and I just LOVE having to go inside when I have my two small kids with me, and being late because I had to jump through unnecessary hoops 🙄 I definitely would have budgeted my time differently had I known, but how would I know about the policy except when I'm already in the drive thru being told they won't serve me. So stupid.
I will say, I have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff. As usual, chick fil a has the kindest staff, so I can only assume the issues that make this branch the worst are...
Read moreWith being a repeat cfa customer, choosing to eat if for breakfast before work monday through saturday, and having over 150k in points saved up, i repeatedly have my orders wrong from this location, to where i will drive past it to the stars mill location, just to ensure my order is correct and don't miss anything. This mornimg on the other hand, was running late and figured id give them once again another chance. I was wrong for doing that. After paying an extra $5 for chicken to be added to my salad, they forgot it, the sauces for the salad, they forgot it, oh and a fork to eat the salad with, they forgot it, got a 12 pack of nuggets for lunch on the job, forgot the sauces, and ordered food for my helper, forgot his sauces and egg on his bisquit. Its beyond ridiculous that with how well cfa has streamlined their operations, that this particular location has such a problem with either having employees that don't have an attitude, getting an order correct, or just overall quality. I believe the same owners operate this one as the other local ones, but if not, it's still not an excuse, even after it being open after so long. So today was my last attempt to give them a chance to own my business. I'll continue to drive the extra 5 mins to a location that will actually serve me. Management really needs to an effort to actually get this location operating...
Read moreDon’t really like leaving these kind of reviews but after enough less than satisfactory experiences at this location and sitting in line for a chicken sandwich long enough to listen to half of an entire John Mayer album felt like it was time.
My kids have been stiffed out of the little books/games that come with there meals 3 times at this point going through the drive thru. I know it sounds ticky tacky but my kids love those things and look forward to them whenever we go.
Last time I dined in I had to tell the kid behind the counter what toppings come with the Cobb salad because he didn’t know and didn’t include them in my order
Last straw was sitting in the driveway thru for what had to be the better part of 15-20 mins to get a chicken sandwich. I get that things get backed up some times and usually when that happens there is always someone dishing out coupons or BOGs to make up for it or at the very least apologizing for the snafu but the guys running the show tonight seemed to act like this was business as usual and didn’t really care.
On the plus side the food has always been great, it just seems the service at this location seems to have a very...
