Seavy St. Park in Senoia is a fantastic gem that our community is lucky to have! The wonderful covered playground is mostly shaded, offering areas for kids of all ages to play and explore. It even has benches for adults to comfortably watch the kids play and chat with other parents. There's also a great pavilion for picnics, making it an ideal spot for family outings. Plus, there's plenty of room for kids to ride their bikes and enjoy the outdoors. Great park and play ground. Well maintained, clean and an exceptional addition to our little town. Here is why it's a four star, not a five: restrooms. We've been there twice now when they weren't unlocked Sign says they are open from dawn to dusk, and obviously someone has dropped the ball on getting them open, both times on a weekend or holiday. That means you have to call 911 dispatch to get the park restrooms open. Seems like an important resource being used for a situation that can be resolved by a parks and rec or city service duty roster. I will add the restrooms are clean and well maintained.
