I’m happy this place has good reviews. I’m always supporting local and want them to do well. However, the food here was 3 star quality or less. We ordered chicken marsala and chicken fettuccine alfredo. I understand that a classic marsala recipe dredges the chicken in flour but this was a (pre) breaded chicken cutlet with a pot roast gravy. Nowhere in this sauce was wine. The mushrooms were fantastic in the gravy but this was NOT chicken marsala. Next, the chicken fettuccine alfredo with broccoli was topped with the same breaded chicken cutlet so it looked like fried chicken alfredo! Gross! The sauce was definitely not homemade and was perhaps a store bought sauce that was “doctored up”. The homemade yeast rolls with garlic were very delicious and the salad that accompanied the meal was a great size and fresh. The best thing (only thing memorable) about our visit was the service. Server was upbeat, friendly and accommodating. I don’t think we will be back to Mama Mia’s but I hope you will consider fresh chicken and homemade sauces! Folks will come...
Read moreI'm not one to complain or make many reviews but I just felt the need to. We ordered from this business tonight and spent over 50 dollars on 3 pizzas. The pizza dough has a odd taste(stale), almost like its old or my husband said it taste like its store bought pizza dough. Either way the taste is not fresh. I got the Hawaiian and there was hardly any ham (and they were tiny). The cheese just doesn't taste right, I can't explain how but It's not very good. I've had pizza from all over the world and the U.S (Merica). I got to be honest here, this is by far the worst pizza I've had. I'm a blunt person. I know many people enjoy your pizza and that's great. I feel like I've...
Read moreThe food was ridiculously overpriced, they added on charges left and right for everything they could think of and the service was not good. I purchased an order of lasagna and a meatball pizza and the total was $45. They wanted to charge us an extra $5 because my husband and daughter were going to share the lasagna!! (He didn't end up sharing, just ate the pizza.) As if $17 isn't enough for a single slice of lasaga, a tiny side salad and some garlic rolls. They also will charge an extra 4% if you don't pay with cash. This was our first time going and it will certainly also...
