McDonald's — Restaurant in Seven Lakes

I got two items and at least the chicken nuggets were hot and fresh. The other item had ingredients I was allergic to and asked not to have on the burger. Good thing they caught it. I guess they're also giving away bacon for free.

So I came in for two more items recently. Both were sandwiches and nothing incredibly complicated. One was a McRib and the other virus a plain quarter pounder with cheese. It was after 7:00 and closer to 8:00. The employees of this restaurant on this evening had four cars already parked and waiting for food. I spoke to the manager and asked her if she was short people or if people had called in sick. I was willing to sympathize with her issues. She told me that nobody had called in sick and she wasn't short anyone. Commented my order wasn't complicated or large and that I would rather wait at the window rather than get parked to wait. I didn't think this at all selfish. I looked at it as an opportunity for others to wait and complain that somehow either scheduling or sense of urgency was being ignored at this restaurant. When you glance inside and nobody looks like anything is important and nobody is moving fast, it's definitely a problem that you can see visually. It's not infrequent then a manager would have to help out in any particular one area of the restaurant. What is a problem is when a manager becomes entrenched in a particular area and can't float to diagnose problems and solve them before they become extreme service issues. Whoever runs this restaurant definitely has some problems to solve and the overall rating tells the story before you even have to read some of these reviews.

Came buy tonight to order a number 3 with a sprite and a m&m mcflurry. Well i get to the window and pay, the lady was very nice but hands me a oreo mcflurry. And i think well no big deal thats fine, its still good. Eventually after being told to park to the side and get my food cause theyre waiting on it to cook. Im fine with that, they eventually come out and hand it off to me. But I failed to check to make sure it was right as they messed up my order the night before( ask for no onions and there were onion) but i get home tonight and realize they gave me a fillet -o- fish. Notably the worst item on the menu. I think ive had my order messed up there more times than anywhere else. But thats fine, i know the owner and i will be contacting her tomorrow. PLEASE never take your family to this establishment. I have been going here since the place was built when I was a kid and I have NEVER seen such a bad product put out on such a consistent basis. Me and my wife just went here for a burger at 8:30 and it was absolutely inedible. From my experience it seems after a certain time this place stops serving fresh food and serves charred garbage. It may be getting to a point where we as Americans should stop supporting these corporations food altogether. It used to at least be tasty but nowadays it is very obvious they don't care about you or the money you spend. Start cooking at home again. Giving these places your money might as well be handing Satan...
