UPDATE: Monday July 30, 2023 My husband is now sick with diarrhea. We are considering contacting the Sevier Health department. This is unacceptable!
Sunday July 30, 2023 So we decided to come here. We don't go to Mexican restaurants often. And we will NEVER EVER come back here!!!
When we arrived we were given nachos and salsa and the menu. The salsa was good but the nachos were cold.
I ordered a sweet tea and my husband ordered a beer. She left and came back with them and left. She didn't even take our meal order. She just vamoosed!
She passed by and I asked her for warm nachos and a cheese dip and went god knows where cause she disappeared.
I saw her again when she came to ask what we wanted to eat. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas and my husband had fish tacos reminding her of the cheese dip nachos.
After about 10-15 minutes the food arrived with the fresh nachos and cheese dip. The cheese dip was delicious especially when I added some to the fajitas. The chicken felt slightly rubbery but it was still tasty.
When we finished we waited for the bill but it never came. Even my husband got up to stand at the cash and no one came so he came back to sit down. The place was not that full either.
The food was good, real good but the service was EXTREMELY slow. I would never come here if it was very busy (like at night time).
Now the reason we are never coming back. After about 1 hour after we ate I was overcome with nauseousness in the car and when we got home I had to run to the toilet to throw up. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING came out. My husband started having the runs. His digestive system is faster than mine.
Conclusion: I was willing to give a 5 star... Till I was sick.
Food good Service slow and lazy and I mean EXTREMELY SLOW and LAZY - it was not even full and a family who had arrived after us were served before us. And BEWARE , you can get sick, so it's at your own risk.

I was on vacation in TN when we decided to eat out on our last night there, even though we were in a resort, we decided to go local and support the business. I called ahead for my food for my family of 5. On the phone, I was told my food would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes. I arrived right after the 20 minute mark, expecting a little bit of a wait. I waited an entire hour for my food. By the time my food was ready, one of the items I ordered, over an hour ago, ran out. The bartender was great, but the rest of the staff were running around like a chicken without a head, it was Chaos. Come to find out, my food was ready for a bit and they just didn't give it to me, after asking about about 3 times for it. Once I got the food home, it was so late that my youngest two children passed out, without dinner and all the food was cold! I was livid. Once I complained, no one cared. The GM couldn't do anything with out the owners involvement, who weren't even there. The owners were called and they did not care at all. Pretty much told me oh well, come back next time for a discount. The food wasn't even that great. I was then told by the owners to bring all the food back for a refund. Read moreI’ve ordered from this restaurant for years and I’ve combined all the good experiences to give the 3 stars. However at this point I can’t justify spending money there or wasting my time trying to get the correct thing I ordered. Language barriers are completely understandable and I’ve looked past small mistakes in the past and have eaten what I was given or used my own tortillas when they’ve forgotten them because it’s been small mistakes.
The last straw was picking up 2 meals for $50 that weren’t anything close to what was ordered and being met with hostility upon letting them know. After the employee became very argumentative that it was the correct thing I didn’t trust to have it remade and asked for a refund. None of the food had been touched. This male employee caused a scene and made us speak to the owner over the phone to receive the refund.
Incredibly unprofessional and exactly why people don’t say anything about getting wrong orders there. I’d give them another chance if it was just an employee mistake but the owner is the one that required a hungry customer that just got the wrong order to talk to her on the phone in front of the entire restaurant.
