Bittner’s Bakery — Restaurant in Shakopee

We were traveling to Minnesota from out of state for my Granddaughters 1st birthday. I was put in charge of bringing the cupcakes. Not being familiar with the area and where to order cupcakes from, I turned to Google and Yelp reviews. During my search, I found Bittner's Bakery among others. I called and spoke with one of the owners, Lori (sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly). She was extremely helpful and made suggestions for frosting and sprinkle colors. I took her advice and placed the order. The day of the party, I picked the cupcakes up and could not have been happier. Not only did they look fantastic, but they tasted delicious. These were moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Everyone at the party asked where the cupcakes were from and expressed how much they liked them. I highly recommend...

I was told about this place by my daycare lady, and she said when she tried to go they had to wait outside in line. So right there you know it's worth it. I brought my daughter with me, she's 9, we went during the week so we wouldn't have to wait in line and as soon as we walked inside we were greeted by the sweetest grandma lady. My daughter is a doughnut conesour and we've tried doughnuts at many places. She's hard to please. But as soon as we got home she took 1 bite, and wanted to go get more doughnuts to eat later! By far SUPER fresh tasted amazing! And the prices are reasonable! I'd support this local bakery all day long. And they have a doughnut buyers...

After finishing up a game of mini golf at The Links, our favorite place, we wanted to try a new bakery. I googled and got Bittner’s Bakery which had a high rating and off we went. Cute little shop. Looks like it has been there a long time. We ordered special of the day peanut butter and jelly raised donut, huge carmel apple fritter and a peanut butter cookie. I had to try the cookie as soon as we got in the car and let me tell you, the best I’ve ever had. Tasty, melted in my mouth and not too soft nor hard. Perfection! I can’t wait to have the rest of our goodies. Thank you...
