The absolute WORST Customer service and treatment I have ever received from a business by far!! I am only giving one star because I have too. I ordered a pizza from work and there is only one door that has a big awning over it with the name of our building all the other doors are service doors. I got a call saying driver was outside? When my co-worker went downstairs the driver took off. Called store to tell them and the guy on the phone asked if we wanted to cancel? I was like no we are working OT and hungry we would like our pizza and he said "EH' ok I'll send the driver back". Ok, confused thinking well what else would you do and why did he seem to have such an attitude? Confused by his tone and attitude I took a break and called back asking to speak to a manager. He then said he was. I asked who can I consult above him because I have never been treated so rudely by someone I am paying for a service from especially. He laughed and said he owned the store and said he is cancelling my order, said I am rude, and that was it! Hung up. Unbelievable! Oh not to mention he said I have no patience, I need to relax, and to cheer up! Wow all of this from the pizza guy?!? I am a super friendly happy go lucky person I just had to talk quietly as I am at work and its quies..lol. Furthermore, it was his driver who did not wait two minutes for my co worker to have to go to HIS CAR to get the pizza?? Very confused by this experience. SHOCKING actually. Read moreThe food here is usually pretty tasty. But they never make it right. My boyfriend doesn't really like cheese so we order extra sauce to cover the taste a little. Every time they barely put any sauce on the pizza and extra cheese. Every time. Tonight there's so much cheese we can't even eat the pizza. Called back and told them we couldn't eat it, was offered $10 off my next order or new pizza. I've already said we can't eat this pizza and since we wouldn't have ordered and paid for food we weren't going to eat, how is money off our next order going to help? It was offered because they are "really busy" and didn't want to remake a pizza they made wrong. Also, most of the delivery people are quite awkward. They kind of just stare at me half the time until I say hello and hold out money.
