Found hair in my pizza - AGAIN!

After working a 12-hour shift, the last thing I wanted to do was cook so I placed a carry-out order around 8:00 PM for a medium pizza and a cinnamon pull-apart dessert. This was my 2nd or 3rd order at this location after finding a long dark hair in my pizza during the winter of 2024 (I'm blonde, so it definitely wasn’t mine). That experience kept me away for a while, but I decided to give them another chance.

Unfortunately, it happened again. Just a couple of bites in, I found another long hair in the pizza. I nearly got sick and couldn’t bring myself to eat any more. The whole order ended up in the trash—a complete waste after a long day.

I usually don’t write reviews, and I know mistakes can happen, but twice is too much. I hope this issue is taken seriously. Please, for the sake of your customers, make sure staff are following...

Usually this spot always gets my orders spot on. Today was something else tho lol I ordered two pizzas and waited for about an hour? I looked at the app it said it’s been delivered but we haven’t received it. We called the store and the girl who answered said they will call me back with an update. They didn’t. We called again and they said the driver is on his way. When we finally got the pizzas the boxes were kind of crushed and the cheese was sticking to the lid of the box. I don’t think I’d order delivery again. It’s just funny to me because before placing the order I felt such pride in my papa John’s spot because the pizza and experience has always been amazing. Save yourself the headache and go to the Savage location if you can. I've had several issues with this location and the most recent was today (5/30/24). We ordered 2 medium pizzas with cheesey bread. The app said the order was ready so my wife and I went to pick up the food. The 2nd pizza was not ready when my wife went inside and after waiting for 20min, they told my wife they couldn't find the 2nd pizza and would have to start making it. I then went into the restaurant to cancel the order because we could not wait any longer. The staff did not apologize for the mistake nor did they show any empathy. No care for the customer at all. This is not a restaurant I plan to support...
