Ordered $25 worth of food, a double cheeseburger kids meal, Whopper Jr no mayo no onions extra pickles and the TWELVE DOLLAR Double Stacker king PLAIN. The receipt and menu board that is the screen as you order and you can see the total and all that, showed the double stacker king being ordered PLAIN and the order was placed that way due to an EXTREME DISLIKE OF MAYO. Yet of course, there was Mayo on the burger that cost TWELVE DOLLARS!!!!!! The Mayo caused my boyfriend to throw up in our car and it went EVERYWHERE because after taking 3 bites, the Mayo was piled on all in the middle. The burger was ruined after the throw up went all over it. We aren't even from the area, we're from West Mifflin and only traveled that way to take our son to Pine Richland for soccer. Last week, we went to McDonald's on Route 8, it was absolutely HORRIBLE, there were at least 2 tablespoons of onions on a double cheeseburger and the bun was soaking wet. Nearly $50 WASTED in one week due to these people not caring and the managers and supervisors NOT caring enough about their employees doing things in the PROPER WAY. It's beyond sad and disappointing that people just don't care about doing anything the right way anymore. Why do people insist on working when they have no desire to do it to the best of ability. Will NOT be going back to any of these establishments on Route 8...

I recently visited this Burger King, and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I ordered a burger, I discovered not one but TWO hairs in my food. This was absolutely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the restaurantâs hygiene standards.
To make matters worse, I noticed that the employees were not wearing proper hair coverings while working. This is a basic hygiene practice that every food establishment should follow to ensure the safety of their customers.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I expected an apology and a resolution. Instead, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The manager refused to acknowledge the problem or accept any responsibility. Their unprofessional attitude only made the situation worse and left me feeling upset and unheard.
This experience has completely ruined my trust in this Burger King location. I urge others to think twice before eating here, as they clearly lack proper hygiene practices and customer service.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes, including enforcing proper hair coverings for employees and training their staff to handle customer concerns with respect. Until then, I will not...
   Read moreGetting off work late doesn't leave a lot of options for ordering out late (other than pizza places aplenty) and I usually have some leftover pizza in the fridge but the past 3 nights I've decided to order from this BK and I'll tell you why. First night I ordered was a blessing because the order showed up earlier than expected and what else can you ask for from an UberEats order? Although admittedly skeptical since I'm used to orders ariving on estimated time or usually later I decided to order again the very next night after work. Second order arrived as usually expected which often means a decrease in overall quality, but to my surprise the order was just as good as the early order the day before, obviously very happy with that order. Third order came out of convenience more than anything (but it was the 3rd order in a row for context) because I got home later than usual, this time the order arrived well past the estimated time so I obviously expected the worst but the order was absolutely fantastic. I cannot tell you a time I've order from the same place 3 days in a row and had great food each time. Kudos to the late night crew here they know how to treat delivery...
