Went with a friend, it was my first time. Atmosphere is fantastic, service was quick and personable. Art on the walls was beautiful, definitely considering going back so I can add some to my wall. Coffee was great and you have to try the pumpkin roll. Delicious! Cant recommend hard enough. Update: I've reviewed Ruckus before but I just went there today again on a whim and I have to update yall. Ive yet to be in when they were serving breakfast items, and I am grateful I did. This place is seriously fantastic. The atmosphere was lively, the staff were impeccable and genuine, the food and coffee were divine. You have got to stop in and try their Veggie Scramble. It came out hot and quick, very affordable, and looked astonishing. I've never seen a better item plated. And they gave it to me Togo too! I'm attaching a picture and I'm glad I took one because I absolutely devoured this meal. Taste: unbelievable. Fresh and Delicious! From the first bite to the last this meal delivered in ways I cannot fully express. Life changing. I'm regretting not getting a second one. You can bet I'll be back. A true gem of an experience. Ruckus always has something going on and the first thing you see as you enter is a wall of their activities right next to an active community board. I've been to an event or two and they're always guaranteed fun. Manager's pretty darn savvy too, imo. What are you waiting for darlings?

Stopped here to work on an easy Friday. Absolutely love the vibe, the staff, and the food and drinks. Breakdown below: Navigation/Parking: Coming from the east side was easy. It's right past the Shaler line off the main road - a clear sign out front. I could see how parking would be limited during their events but it seemed like there was plenty. Food and drink: I ordered a cold brew with coconut and blueberry syrups and some vanilla Greek yogurt with strawberries. They gave me a number and I chose my seat and they brought it to me quickly. The strawberries were fresh and delicious and the yogurt was cold and slightly sweet. The cold brew was out of this world - the syrups weren't too sweet and the coffee had a nice robust flavor without being too bitter. Vibe: for a Friday morning it was so low-key and relaxing but decently busy. All kinds of art adorns the walls and all of it is able to be purchased as a print or in-frame. As I walked in they had advertisements for events and live music they have here and I can see this being a great place for both of those things. The staff was really friendly and efficient. Overall I came looking for a nice coffee shop to work from but got pulled in by more. I'll definitely be back here for moe breakfasts/working sessions and I'll have to check out their events, lunch, and dinner!

I've been meaning to try this coffee shop and cafe (about 10 minutes from my house) for a long while, and I finally got the chance on Memorial Day. The place was humming throughout my visit with my family, but the staff kept the line moving, and we're quite friendly and accommodating. I got the Ruckus Waffle sandwich, which had a lot of pleasant flavors, and the cherry chutney I was a bit unsure of did a lot to tie the savory and sweet tastes together. My wife got the Avocado Toast and was impressed with its quality. My daughter got a Belgian Waffle and a side of eggs while my son got the kids breakfast sandwich (which he deconstructed😅), and both enjoyed their meals. I got their special Hot Honey Iced Americano, which was unique and tasty, though I would opt for a touch less ice next time. I also got a to go version of their Ruckus hot latte (maple syrup and cherry and cinnamon sugar and salt topper) to share with my wife, and we both found it to be very good. Overall, this was a great experience, especially in an area that lacks a lot of culinary innovation, and the way the business runs (including many events and theme activities) should keep them very successful. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

I am giving two stars for a confusing atmosphere, lack of information on menu items, and lack of menu options.

Atmosphere: Get rid of the weird area rugs, lighten up the walls, move the pick up area to a different place where everyone else is waiting for coffee.turn the music down. It was too loud to talk and distracting. Not everyone likes the same type of music so don't make it too loud.

Lack of info: Put what comes in a drink on the menu. What is in a Carmelmacieto or Americano? How can anyone order of they don't know what is in it?

Lack of menu options: Menu is very cab heave, toasts, waffles, and oatmeal. While there were creative touches, it was just gluten and carbs. Maybe add some omelets. Or fruit.

Specific issue: I ordered a black coffee with the cup half filled and then the rest filled with almond milk. When I got it, it was cold and filled all the way to the top. Leaving no room for cream and sugar. There was also no place to dump a little out so I could add cream and sugar. I asked if they had a microwave to warm it up and they said they did but then tried to make a new cup instead and filled it with all coffee except a splash of almond milk, I don't think unsweetened by the way, and that was not what I ordered. The issue was that they never warmed the almond milk in the first place. So he then dumped that cup out and three times a charm when all that needed to be done was microwave the first cup. So wasteful and could have been avoided in the first place if they listen.

The sugar and cream area is only big enough for one person. I do like the lemon water available.

Overall, not worth the time to go. Also, get rid of the artwork. It...
