Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Sharon

i live not even 5 blocks from this place...i ordered around shortly after 10pm. Online said it was made, quality checked and left the store...i assume a manager called me to tell me they were out of croutons..not even an issue with me, he even mentioned he tried to grab his driver to throw in an extra drink but didnt catch him in time to do so..no problem i said! just wanted my salad and calzones....come around 12:10am store is closed assuming the driver is still on the way to drop off my food...NOPE didnt even have the decency to call me to let me know the order has been canceled at 12:15am...i work late and get home late....so now i have to scramble to find food at 12:40am. what horrible service and i will not be coming back here, completely unacceptable before you guys cowardly redirect me to the "feedback" site instead of calling to make it right...dont worry im way ahead of you i already filled it out and wasnt as nice...

We placed an online order a little before 6pm on a Thursday evening for delivery to our location 0.7 miles away. The estimated delivery time was 6:33 pm. We usually love Marco's pizza, but by 7 pm it still had not arrived. I called and spoke to Gabby Rich who said it was "in the box and on its way." She explained that because they were so busy they had "deferred" our order. I was very nice and said that was fine. By 7:30 pm it still had not arrived. My husband called and Gabby was extremely rude and said that the order was "deferred." Apparently it was then "In the car out for delivery." It did finally arrive at 7:38 pm. Update October 28, 2022. Marco’s why has the quality been declining? I feel robbed by my last order. Missing items and the pizza looked pathetic with all edge pieces of the BSD only had half toppings. I am noticing a decline in the quality and it is starting to turn into a regular pizza place. I will have to reconsider recommending this place or repeat business.

I have not set foot in the store but have enjoyed their pizza, wings, subs, and cheesy bread. Delivered warm, on-time. Drivers always seem friendly. The website is relatively easy to navigate can be tricky getting to the login page though. Product is tasty but seems to be a bit pricey. A pizza night for a few hefty eaters is about...
