I absolutely love Erica. She is easy to work with and the sweetest person. We ordered the tasting box to prepare for our wedding cake decision on 10/14/2023, and every flavor we chose was just perfect. It was hard to make a choice. We ended up with two cakes; the brown butter vanilla cake with blueberry jam filling and lemon vanilla Swiss meringue, and chocolate espresso cake with white chocolate ganache filling, marshmallow swish meringue filling and chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream. Erica has made cakes for everything I ever needed. She made my daughter's cupcakes, she made a banana pudding cake that was out of the world, and made me a novelty cake with cookies to match just because. Everything has the right amount of sweetness to satisfy your tastebud. She is also a mad scientist she can come up with just about any unique sweet flavor you can think of. I ordered two dozen custom cookies for a bitter sweet goodbye event for the Dance Studio I attended. The cookies were absolutely amazing!! They looked so good I didn’t want to eat them☺️! They tasted great and everyone was impressed by the detail. Erica was very responsive and kept me updated. Pickup was seamless. I will definitely be working with her again...
