My fiancè and I love China Blue! It’s so hard for me to find places with the Szechuan green beans & then they have it in a combo with chicken which is so tender! My next favorite part is the fact I can opt for lo mein noodles instead of fried rice for a cheap upcharge! The whole meal is inexpensive and delicious(: combos come with your choice of 2 egg roll, 2 crab Rangoon, or mix & match! (My personal fav option!). Now let’s talk about the staff!! I have ordered takeout from East China numerous times. It's always been good, but heavy on the meat for my taste (about 75%). Tonight for the first time I ordered Cashew Chicken with EXTRA vegetables, when I got home I realized they gave me Cashew Chicken with NO vegetables! I drove back and told them about the error. They tossed some vegetables in a pan and then dumped the take-out container I returned into the same pan. After it cooked for a couple minutes, the dumped it into a take-out container and apologized for the mix-up. Upon arriving home for the second time I realized that they STILL gave me about 75% chicken! This is our first time ordering since the change in ownership. What a difference! All of our food is amazingly delicious, with bright vibrant flavors, and perfectly crisp and fresh vegetables. The hot and sour soup is just the right amount of spicy, crab rangoon are creamy and crispy, The spring rolls, and beef with broccoli are amazing as well.

The person who greeted me when I checked out was so sweet, it's night and day over the experience the old owners used to provide. If you're on the fence about stopping in based on how this place was years ago, do yourself a favor and go on in! We will be regulars...
