Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I've never been to an establishment that treated a customer so poorly. We ordered dinner from this location which included two sandwiches, two bread dips, and bread bites. We noticed both sandwiches were incorrect when we got home. I called to see about bringing the food back and getting the order remade (since the other food was going to be cold by the time we left and came back again) and the person accused me of screaming and hung up on me. I was absolutely not screaming but rather talking louder than him because he continued to talk over me. I then called back again and supposedly got the manager that time. She said she knew 100% she made our order correctly and when she pulled it up she then said it must have changed in the system. Yeah, ok...makes TOTAL sense...like I have the ability to somehow change it. She offered to remake only the incorrect sandwich and refused to remake anything else. So because of her obvious reading error we had to drive 15 minutes back to the location for the correct items and the rest of our food was then cold. Ridiculous waste of time and $40. Hire people that actually care, stop hiring trash employees!
UPDATE 2/6 - I spoke with one of the owners/HR coordinator and she was great! She apologized and corrected the issue accordingly. It sounds like the location was recently taken over so they're in the process of fixing some issues. Read moreSo we order a pizza, we waited over an hour before we tried to call and the phones were rolled and continued to go to voicemail. So we started to drive up there when we got a call saying from the delivery driver (Andrew) “uh im here” when we informed him of what was going on and that we are currently driving his response was very standoffish and a simple “well I had other deliveries I’m here now” so we told him to leave it in the front of our apartment leasing office and instructed where it was. We turned around and discovered that the pizza was no where to be found. Since they rolled phones we had to drive back up to the location and it was chaos! A man who I only assume was the manager but in no uniform was yelling at a lady in her face and VERY aggressive. The the man who “delivered” our pizza was dismissive and said he delivered it but that he guess he could make another one. When we asked about at least getting a refund for the delivery fee since we had to come pick it up he said no because he did deliver it and walked away. A new lady came in and helped us and was very kind to refund us and start to remake the pizza and said she would run it out to us in ten minutes. She then drove off with the man that was screaming at another women’s face and we were waiting outside for the pizza for 20 minutes..so we finally walked in to get it. Read moreLiterally worst experience I've had at this location and won't be going back. We ordered curbside delivery. Checked in online and via text. Turned on the hazards just like it was requested. Watch 3 different employees walk in and out of the store. Then seen one employee walk out to his car. And another customer had to yell at the kid through his car window. So they bring his pizza. While we are still waiting 20 mins later. So I called the store. They gave me the we had no idea you were here speech. He comes out to the car. And I said you literally walked out here and seen my car with the hazards on. He said ma'am I didn't know you were here for pizza. I said do you have a lot of people sit in your parking lot with hazards on who aren't ordering pizza. Especially when it's your protocol. He proceeds to tell me it's his first day at this location and he doesn't know the protocol at this store. I said I'm pretty sure it's the protocol at all locations. And I said okay well I've been here 20 mins already. Could you hurry up. I will just call management. He said well I don't really care and walked away from me. No I didn't get the kids name.
