The food was just okay at this location (the burgers and fries were not hot and the Frosty was half melted), but the service was ruined by one guy. He took our order and then only gave us half of what we ordered. Then he left the window, I'm assuming he left to take other orders and didn't come back, so we waited and waited. He then came back because the line got really long, and in an angry manner, opened the window and looked at me like, "What?" He didn't even say anything. I told him the items they didn't give us, so he got them, practically threw them out the window at us, and didn't even give us a chance to ask for anything else, which was unfortunate, because he didn't give us spoons, straws or condiments etc. for our Frosties, drinks, burgers, and fries. So, we waited again, and finally, an employee who was sweeping snuck up to the window (literally, he was looking over his shoulder the whole time, looking afraid he'd get caught) and asked if we needed something else, at which point he kindly gave us everything else we needed. They had paper printouts taped over the hamburgers on the menu board stating they had no beef (at 11 AM!) since their supply truck hadn't arrived. I told them I wanted to cancel the mobile order. They said cancel it yourself on the app. I did but was still charged. Manager refused to do anything to help and told me to "call corporate." I've been on hold with Wendy's customer service for 30+ minutes with no answer.
Update 8/9/22: I contacted Wendy's customer support via Twitter direct message multiple times (couldn't reach anyone through corporate customer service number, email, etc.) I had several exchanges with them over Twitter and their reps were responsive. They told me they would escalate to a Wendy's regional manager to get in touch with me and reverse the charges. I heard from no one after FIVE attempts through Twitter. I went through the drive thru this evening and recieved for the third time an incorrect sandwich and my potato was brown and mushy on the inside. I sent my son in to ask if they had any fresh potatoes. They told him no and did not offer another side. I then wanted a complete refund they only refunded the potato. I went inside and asked for a complete refund and as the manager comes to do it the other employees are standing around talking about they don't understand why I want a complete refund.
