Usually I love this place, the staff is Usually super amazing! But I came in today and there were too girls that served us after 7 minutes when we were the only people in line and no one in the drive thru. I had a coupon and even though it says it applied to the drink I wanted on the coupon itself I made sure to ask and they told me it didnt and they didnt even read it she just asked over her headset. Biggby Coffee is my daily dose of joy. From the moment you walk in, the energy is warm and welcoming — no pretentious baristas, just real people who know how to make a killer cup. Walked in, only customer at the counter. Waited 10 minutes to order my coffee and another 10 minutes to get it. Definitely need more staff on a Saturday morning. One worker was complaining how sticky the floor was.
