Absolutely horrible staffing choice Subway. I ordered from you guys and you messed up my sandwichs, they where cold and basically one was a mayo sandwich and the other a hot sauce sandwich and not wrapped so my sandwhich was hanging out the bag. Anyway I wasnt upset about that because people make mistakes, I called the store and nobody answered 2x. I then went to the store and the way the manager handled the situation was so unprofessional, she was yelling from the back and didnt apologize and gave me a hard time, saying she could only remake it and not refund which was fine, then gave me an attitude because I only returned half the sandwichs when i honestly spit the other halfs out because I dont like eating all mayo but then we had a screaming match over replacing my almost 9.00 a pc sandwhichs for half sandwiches which I felt was un fair considering this was my favorite store and Im a reacuuring customer who had a huge inncovience to their day after working all day I just wanted a sub made right. Just the way the manager handled the situation, I will NEVER shop at this subway again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe last two times my family and I have gone to this Subway we encountered a young woman behind the counter who was half awake and half nodding. Each time it was obvious she was on drugs, her words were slurring, and she could barely comprehend and complete the order.
The second time we went in will be our last. We saw this same woman was behind the counter and hoped she would not be the one making our subs. She was. She was cleaning with chemicals when we approached the counter and she did not change her gloves when asking us what we wanted grabbing our bread with the same gloves. When I mentioned this to her she showed irritation, and with an attitude asked us to repeat our order. I did so 3 times by this time becoming frustrated myself deciding to leave and was told we would not be served there which was fine with us. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online, came to pick up and they have the doors locked all though there isnāt a sign saying why but have signs for new stores hours and how many customers are allowed in at one time. My order should have been ready at 11:40 I arrived at 11:38! Iāve been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Placed my order at 11:20. Asked the person at the window why the doors were locked she stated the doors are locked because she was the only one there at the moment. Iāve been a general manager of a subway. 90% of the time thereās only 1 employee except during rush hours, Breakfast, lunch, dinner! And with limitations on how many people are allowed in the building you should be able to handle a drive up pick up window and three customers in line. If you canāt do that then donāt work there. Just laziness and it drives business away. Iāll gladly go to a different subway or hell Iāll order...
