7/27/25 this is the third day I have went to Jacks 2 days prior my food was messed up so I decided to check my food in the Drive-Thru before I left the lady at the drive-thru told me to pull up to check my food I said no I'm checking my food here another girl walks up and asked me what is wrong with my food I said I'm checking my food because it's been wrong the past 2 days she said will you have a good day and walked away attitude I have dealt with fast food for 27 years you don't catch an attitude with your customers if you don't want your customers catching one back because at the end of the day they're the ones to make sure you have a job manager of the store that was running the shift 7/25/26 call me but instead of her understanding where I'm coming from as a customer she takes her employees side it's okay for them being in the wrong talking to customers that way giving out bad food when the customer hasn't even caught an attitude yet but shortly I did because of the way I was treated because of the way I was talk to 7/26/25 my food was food from yesterday that they had put in the refrigerator and took it out this morning and use that as first thing because you can taste it and the manager swore up and down that it wasn't but you could taste it was...
Read moreAfter sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, we get to the window and the young man who waited on us and took our order (because we used points from the app and could only order at the window because the dining room was already closed) is standing there with his hand in his pants. Now, I understand, "some" people think that it's "cool". I think and believe, it is NOTHING but trashy and disrespectful to themselves and anyone who has to see it !!!! The service was very slow, but the attitude presented by the employee AND the manager was not something that is good for ANY business and truly needs a whole lot of work. Thankfully the food was right so we didn't have to go back and witness any more of the "cool" atmosphere. Sadly, this is the closest place to Tuscumbia to get something "quick" and we wanted to grab something and go home to relax on a Friday evening after a long hard day of work. Read moreOh man.. Where do I begin.. Me and a couple of co workers went here for lunch today.. I've never in my life had any worse service than I did today. Honestly everyone of them should be fired straight down to whatever manager is supposed to be there. There is not an once of professionalism in the whole group. Screaming at each other, arguing with each other... Kids!! Did I mention kids? If I had known it was bring your kids to work day I would have stayed at work. Those kids were fighting and hollering the N word at each other and then their mother would scream at the from behind the counter all the way to the back of the restaurant to the window. It took forever to get our lunch and was a nervous wreck trying to eat it with all the hollering and rushing to get back to work on time.
