Stephano's Southland Restaurant — Restaurant in Sheffield

Almost every table had been used and had dishes. There was a dinning room blocked off that could have been used but there were only 2 tables being used. Waited for a table to be emptied, wiped down and was sat without being dried. We used napkins to dry ourselves. This was my first time in and wasn't sure what to order. I ordered their dressing... It had no gravy...no cranberry sauce...and was very dry... Needless to say I was very unhappy but tried to eat. The service wasn't very good either and finally as we were finishing the tables got bussed. I'm not sure if the bus boy gets tipped or not but should as I saw him do more work than anyone while I was there. And I was there...

Went to get a club sandwich and a Philly cheese steak and some fries, paid 16 bucks and find that the sandwiches are on hotdog buns, and microwaved.. Who puts a club sandwich with mayonnaise in the microwave? Then when I ask for my money back because me and my lady didn't eat but maybe a few bites, they tell me they don't do refunds. Basically just stood there and argued until they gave me my money back. Then the manager tells me to find another place to eat next time. I said I have no problem with that, have a good day! the fries were the best out of the whole meal. Over priced garbage with garbage management. The only person that was good was the lady up front just...

2nd time I've visited. 1st time was disappointing. Decided based on reviews to give them another chance. Ordered a small five topping pizza. $15.79. When I got back to hotel found a half cooked pie. Since I had no way to fully cook, I took it back (in the thunderstorms). Explained to the counter person what was the problem. Not saying a word she took it back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later she handed it back in the original box looking like it was flung in by someone not happy. No apology or saying anything. When I mentioned it looked like it was thrown back in the box she unapologetically said "it was hard to get out of the pan". No one in management expressed...
