Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shelburne

I had to update my rating from 4 stars to 2. I know they are busy and I have sympathy because I used to work at Starbucks. Their turnover is bad so they have some new workers, however, they are lacking in sense of urgency and cleanliness. Multiple times I have seen the women who work their in the morning touching the inside of cups with their hands (not wearing gloves) They also stack iced coffees on top of each other. I don't want the bottom of someone else's cup on the top of mine where I insert my straw. The bottom of the cups have been on the germy counter. In the morning when there is a huge rush, some of the workers mosey around very slowly with no sense of urgency. Most of the people who visit in the AM are in a hurry to get somewhere. I saw one worker waiting for a drink to pour who could have easily been making other drinks while she was waiting. On an unrelated note, I order through the app and always request ONE pump of syrup. Unfortunately I I always get 3 pumps.

This Dunkin location is particularly bad, and the capabilities of the employees is far below the brand's standards. Orders are consistently wrong, food is prepped poorly (ex. stale food, ingredient alternatives/swaps ignored, and sometimes just even frozen food altogether). I have come to learn that if I want a food order to be on time, I had to place the order at the beginning of my drive to work-- which is thirty minutes away from this location. It should not be taking a Dunkin thirty minutes to prep a bagel with butter. By this point, I have been skimped out of money I have paid in full, just because the employees there cannot seem to get their act together, and no management will come in to improve the situation.

These aren't bad people-- they are just horrific service and it genuinely is a waste of money and time coming here, or any Dunkin location...

Shelburne Dunkin is a let down for me. too many times i have been served cold coffee for hot coffee. burnt or dry bagel. However, i return as a customer because the servers are always friendly. on my last trip there however, i have found hair on my bagel and it was the sloppiest bagel i have ever gotten. Needless to say I could not eat it I had to throw it away and the new staff is a total turn off. as least with the kids working my bagel was burnt but clean and the service was always great. this time round will be my last because there is no coming back from hair in my food. who know what else they let slip into the coffee.
