Bubble Cream Restaurant — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

So they did me a solid by making me two bubble teas to try due to my comment of confusion in my online order with all the options. They even left a hand written note in the bag explaining what they did (with awesome penmanship I might add). My vote is milk based.

Food is best described as diner food. It's a nice change. Reasonably priced to the point that I can feed my family at the same price as a normal coney island type restaurant, but get bubble tea or ice cream with it.

The service is awesome. They clearly know that good service is starting to fall by the waist side in most businesses and just becoming a transaction. They go above and beyond to be friendly and take care of you. Just look at the other reviews. This is the only reason why I picked this for dinner last night while trying to decide. On the way there, I get a call to tell me my order is ready. Seriously, they put effort into this small detail. You walk in and the place is spotless. You do not see kids who do not care about their job. They are friendly, organized and working hard at a job they enjoy. I can see the lazy need not apply.

This owner clearly has a vision of the culture they want. This is a small business you want to support. I had no issue paying them.

Me and my friend are regular customers here and the customer service has always been a little off with the older lady but this time it was by far the worst she refused to remake drink when given the wrong one and said it was our fault mixing them up but they said the wrong name when bringing them out, new girl lexi has a very very bad attitude and rolled her eyes at the customers before they even ordered also suggested me and the other customer who my drink was switched with to “just switch straws”, they have by one get one on thursdays and when we asked for the drink to be remade the older lady refused because we already “got one free” when it is there promotion. Cheap people and horrible service! and the drink tasted watered down! Should have gotten a refund but i will definitely not...

First time here. We were intrigued by the ice cream flakes. The owner was super nice and made us a custom flavor (chocolate & peanut butter) with chocolate popping bubbles. It certainly wasn't bad by any means but different than what we were expecting. He came out to check on is while we were eating and did inform us it is nonfat ice cream which is what is need in order to get the flakes and also results in a less intense flavor.
