Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

Have been going here since the 90's this place has slipped. Tonight was the final straw. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The kid with the blonde curly hair with the miserable attitude was about as insufferable as they come. Below is the highlight real of my experience with this kid;

*Slammed my pizza on the counter, *"You want a copy of your receipt?" I said no thank you (ten seconds later) "hey did you want a copy of your receipt?" *Tried to con me into getting one of the ranch sauce cups on the counter so he didn't have to make someone else go get him a marinara cup, *I asked someone else behind the counter (as I didn't want to deal with this kid) for zap packs, he was doing nothing standing a foot away front of them, looked at blonde attitude and said "hey this guy wants zap packs?" then stood there looking at me.

I'm done. If you hate your job that much quit and don't ruin the reputation of this little caesars. Hopefully ownership will get rid of this kid and...

How many of us take these pizza places for granted and just never think to say something about them! We run in, We run out! It’s fast, it’s cheap, we’re always in a hurry! Well, it’s time to give credit where credit is due, and it’s those young adults that make this places what they are! I want to include also all fast food chains were mostly the young adults work as well!! On Wednesday, 8-28-18 around 4 or 4:30pm, I sent my husband for a round pizza (Joe) he goes there all the time! Whoever made that round pizza at that time, made one of the best ever! It was perfect in every way! Hot, plenty of cheese, sauce and the pepperoni were covering the entire pizza! About a month ago, I've bought one hot and ready pizza and one order of breadsticks. The pizza was cold so I guess I can call it a Cold and ready instead of a hot and ready. According to my bank account, I was charged $84 for both items (on which I paid with my debit card) when the grand total was supposed to be $8.44. The cashier (some old lady who didn't know what she was doing) that processed my order told me she entered "one too many extra fours" and that's how my order was $84 dollars instead of $8.44. It took her ten minutes to void the order as sloppy and unprofessional as she acted. The three people in the back were just standing there talking and BS to each other instead of helping the other customers.
