Bojangles — Restaurant in Shelby

The place was clean. My egg & sausage biscuit was delicious. What I was taken back by was the fighting and yelling between the cook and the drive thru window employee's. I was inside. The manager was standing right there and she did nothing to stop the LOUD ARGUING. So you have a manager in place that thinks that is okay and allows it. That's abuse at the workplace. And quite frankly it's abuse to your customers. I sure don't need that anxiety! When I heard the fighting and yelling I decided to get my order to go. The cashier called me baby rather than sir. I find it disrespectful for a stranger to call me "baby". I'm not your baby. I'm a customer coming to your place of employment and inadvertently putting food on your table. You can call me Sir! As I left because of the arguing and paused to take a picture of the sign. It was then I saw I could have gotten twice the food for the same price. The cashier didn't even mention the special. I'll try them for lunch sometime but if I'm called "baby" and I have to listen to "unprofessional" bickering I won't be back! To the owner's response. Tashia and Christy had an excellent customer service approach and the way my order was handled down to the moment I received my food was an excellent experience. It has been a long since I seen two people that just worked so wonderful off one another it was if they knew what was needed before it was even spoken the personalities worked well with one another they seemed to know what they were doing you could tell that that relationship had been a long developed one and I think we need more people like that in a fast food restaurant that makes me want to come back just to watch such wonderful people that has good chemistry and knowledge of what they are serving someone you could see the passion they have for working at Bojangles’ the restaurant was clean the bathroom was very clean and all the employees were wonderful what a great group of people thanks for caring about...

Tried limited time fish sandwich and it was fishy & thin. They put tartar sauce and cheese on them. I didn't want tartar sauce on mine. Drive thru line long & once we pulled to the window the cashier spent all the time away from the window until they wanted to collect money upon delivering the sandwiches so there was little to no time to add that I didn't want tartar sauce on mine. To which the cashier replied "we already made it". My friend who was with me said " she doesn't want tartar sauce on hers" and she turns away closing the window and appears to have sent another coworker to "deal" with us.
