KFC — Restaurant in Shelby

Drive thru experience... the rudest woman worker and manager EVER!! I pull up to order, being asked (by woman) to wait a minute. Ok fine... except it was like 5 minutes and noone was infront of me. I begin to say in the microphone.. hello? Hello? Can I order? A man now says... one moment i apologize we are short staffed. I am understanding and happy he gave me a reason, soon after he took my order and I pulled up but then.... this happened! I see my order bagged and ready. Said manager looks as if he is training woman. After another 5 minutes or so of knowing my food is there, I see a Crack in the drive thru window... hello can I please get my food? Currently now there are cars behind me. I say it louder... can I please pay and get my,food so I can go on my way? Woman worker, holds up her finger to the window as if to say wait a minute... No I've already waited about 10 minutes for 1 order of Mashed Potatoes and 2 biscuits 1/2 gal of tea that has been sitting there! Then Mgr. Says they had a power shortage earlier. Another excuse! My food was already bagged !!

I hand her my credit card... she gets an attitude and hands me my card back... I said take my money and give me my food. It's right there!

This was all my mother wanted after surgery and I was not leaving. They ignored me, but I'm in the drive thru so I said I'm not leaving and honked the horn... told them they can loose the customers behind me! Ridiculous how rude they both were! All they had to do was their job!

I will not go back to Grover st KFC! They do not even deserve 1 star! I understand being short staffed, but being rude is...

Kentucky Fried Chicken stores are about my favorite bar none. Being very much a senior they have on their menu that allows me to purchase a two-piece meal, original recipe, two sides, biscuit , & a drink included for a measly price of 5.33 including tax. Now that is quite a dinner anytime of the day with very little money. It feels you up and you're going away with a Happy Wallet. I'm sure everybody is familiar with Kentucky Fried Chicken I'm just saying that they have a lot of really good deals going on right now and you got to try them out. Of all the other people's chicken in the surrounding area, this is about the best I've ever tasted. So I use the Shelby North Carolina store and the Forest City store, so you go on out to your local Kentucky Fried Chicken and have a fabulous meal for $5.33. Our stores are very clean and neat and you are waited on by personable people. They have pride in their work their store and their ability to sell the chicken to you....

Don't know how to listen at drive thru gave us only 2 things we actually ordered then my husband took the food back in to see if they'd fix it and at least give us what they rang us up wrong for. A woman said it's all in there another woman checked and confirmed it indeed was NOT all in there. Paid 52.29 to receive one dr pepper one famous bowl 1 8 pc tenders ONLY and some pie poppers when what we ordered and was not listened to was a famous bowl the tender and fry bowl dr pepper and 2 8pc tender MEALS with fries, then got told it's all on there when nah y'all had to add the rest of the 8 tenders. Whoever is on the drive thru either can't listen or genuinely cannot hear. Double check what you order before you pay because we got the complete opposite of what we ordered.
