Krystal — Restaurant in Shelbyville

When we arrived, we were greeted and our order taken. That was about the only enjoyable part. Once at the window, we noticed a car pulled up and another 2 in parking spots. Once we paid, not before, she let us know that we could be looking at a 20 minute wait for our food. I had to agree since I had already paid. The 3 employees inside were screaming at each the entire 30 minutes we ended up sitting at the window. One young lady was cussing and threatening the person in the kitchen, which we couldn't see, that she would have them fired if they asked another question. She threw cups at them and asked them to leave her alone, even though she was the only one we could hear. We were ordering for 7 people, had 12 cheese krystals, 8 krystals no cheese or onions, 3 chiks 3 reg fries and 2 garbage fries. We received 12 cheese without onions, 8 with everything, 5 chiks, 2 reg fries, 1 garbage fry, and 1 chili fry. We knocked on the window numerous times but they literally hid in the back. I’ve given Krystal’s three chances this month. The first time, I walked in and ordered. I was the only person in there. They still gave me the wrong person’s food. The second time I pulled into the drive thru at 9:46 and sat there for 5 minutes. I drove around and the worker was outside smoking. I asked if they were closer and she said “we’re about to”… I only wanted fries and I thought y'all were open until 10? Tonight I went and the girl told me she had to reset the grill.. cool that meant my food would be fresh. I said I’d wait.. she never came back to the speaker.. This place has always been hit or miss. More often miss. Typically I go through the drive thru, but ate in today. Chicken seemed freezer burnt, some tables still had crumbs on it, she did bring my food to the tsable but there was no hello or goodbye. Felt like a place where everyone hates working here. Not to mention two of the guys here just kept staring at me which was pretty odd. Probably wont be having it here anytime soon. The last time I had good service was when the all you can eat burgers first came out and there was a black fellow in there who was super friendly and made me feel welcome.
