I was hopeful but disappointed for the price. First, the floors are crazy slippery throughout the dinning area. That’s a big deal when it gets wet or with snow. I saw lots of people sliding for fun in the waiting area. I had a reservation but was told to wait because a lot of people without reservations came in before me. Not a big deal but a little annoying.
The waitress forgot my drink and it took a long time to get her attention to get my drink. Now that’s a big deal when you expect a $30-$40 tip at the end. We had to ask to have our plates cleared from the table so we could get more room. We stacked the plates and she did not understand how an unlimited salary bar works.
Now for the food, the salad bar as most have said is limited. Not much for toppings. I have been to multiple Brazilian steakhouses and this was the smallest salad bar by far.
Tip, do NOT sit by the entrance. Choose the back of the room. They always went out of the kitchen and start in the back serving. After almost 45 minutes at my table with only one red meat dish offered at my table I started to directly ask for meat. Every time they went around they had given out all the meat before arriving to my table. I counted 8 times this happened before I complained. Now I like medium meat but many times it came out raw. Now I had to ask for my meat and for it to be cooked properly. So after spending $50 per person plus $4 for each soda I left disappointed. I’ll try again one day, maybe it...
Read moreThis place is absolutely epic! The crew was enthusiastic to serve, and very charismatic. I really hope that their enthusiasm doesn’t fade the longer they’re open. I realize it’s easy to be excited when it’s a new business so I hope that never changes. The building, patio, and view of the bighorns are all top tier. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere (partially influenced by the people working). There were multiple birthday and other celebrations while we were there which were, while slightly obnoxious, still fun and lighthearted. THE FOOD! I definitely had the meat sweats at the end of the meal but was by no means disappointed about it. The beef picaña was my personal favorite with the flank steak following up as a close second. As someone who rarely gets steak while I’m out (I prefer how I do it at home) I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor, sear, and tenderness of every cut. My only knock would be the price but I tend to be pretty frugal. That said, I do think it was well worth it. They will seemingly assist you in trying to get your money’s worth. Like I said before, they piled meat on my plate until I was sweating and then proceeded to try convincing me to have more (jokingly). It may be worth saving this place for special occasions not only because of the price but because it would be a shame to start taking an incredible establishment like this...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary dinner—it was a full experience! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and vibrant, with a beautiful balance of elegance and comfort.
The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The servers explained everything clearly and made sure we were never left waiting. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and the hospitality felt genuinely thoughtful.
Now for the star of the show: the meat. Every cut was perfectly seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection. The picanha was hands down the highlight—so tender and flavorful! The rotation of meats was steady, and each offering brought something new and delicious. I also loved the variety—chicken, lamb, sausages, pork ribs—each one done with care.
The salad bar and hot sides were another level. From fresh greens to Brazilian classics like farofa, black beans, pĂŁo de queijo, everything was flavorful and fresh.
This wasn’t just dinner—it was a celebration of flavors and hospitality. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy high-quality food and a memorable...
