Koltiska Distillery — Local services in Sheridan

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. We planned a trip to Sheridan just to visit this distillery as we had been given this whiskey through the years. I intentionally planned our trip to arrive on Tuesday to visit on Wednesday and depart on Thursday. Their website indicated their summer hours are, they are open Wednesday thru Sunday. We arrived and drove by their location to see a sign that said they didn't open until Thursday so I called them and their voice mail indicated the same info. I emailed the owner and told him my situation and he explained he needs to update his website but that he would be happy to meet us. We called the number he provided and emailed him when he didn't return the call and he never got back to us. This is bad business!!! I will never buy their product or refer them again. I believe this is a part time business when you are only 3 days a week. Customer service is everything...

This is a fun (family owned and run) place to hang out in Sheridan. The drinks are great and the facility is clean and welcoming. It doesn't suffer from the typical bar nonsense that is so common. So if you want a super chill place with a great atmosphere to hang out this is a great spot. They have shuffleboard, pool and cornhole if you want something to do while you are enjoying your...

I am changing my review. I posted an issue and bad experience I had here. One of the owners tracked me down and gave me his number. I called him and he handled my issues! I am very impressed and look forward to my next visit! Thats how the Wyoming I know handles problems....
