McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheridan

Ill be the first to say it - this mcdonalds and I have had some issues in the past. Ive been very unimpressed, especially recently, with the food and the management, or lack thereof, especially on the afternoon/evening shifts. Last night, my mind was changed. And your 3 employees alone did that. I wish I would have caught their names to put in this review, but it was getting late, i was a little tired and ultimately forgot to ask the girl who gave me my food what her and her coworkers names were. I was greeted promptly at the speaker and asked if I was using my rewards app (thank you! So many do not ask) I was picking up a mobile order. I gave my code and as im pulling away, the girl who greeted me said "and happy birthday!" Through the speaker as she noticed I was using a birthday reward. I thanked her and was then greeted by another girl who appeared to be training at the first window. She was very friendly, smiled, confirmed my order and gave me my receipt, and told me to have a great night. I was then greeted again at the second window by another very chipper employee who greeted me with a smile, and told me "happy birthday queen" 🥰 and I gotta tell you... I was absolutely blown away at this point. Then I got home... my burger was made exactly as i wanted, with the toppings exactly how i ordered them. The french fries were very obviously fresh, as they were hot and i could tell they had just been taken from the fryer. This visit made me incredibly happy. Please find those 3 girls for me and let them know they made my night from beginning to end! This was on 9/1 at the Sheridan N Main St location around 9 PM! Ive avoided this location for so long and Im happy I gave it...

I went here yesterday to pick up lunch. I ordered my husband a double quarter pounder meal, my daughter a happy meal and i asked for a "$5 'McDouble" meal... the woman at the speaker said "A McDouble? Did you want the meal deal?" I said "yes please" even though I had said that in the first place whatever she rings in a McDouble and Fries and tells me my total.... I pulled up to the pay window I said "did you ring up the $5 deal because you didn't ask me what drink I wanted or sauce" she says "oh you wanted the deal I'll fix that" I tell her the drink and sauce and I pull forward... (I know it's busy, it's lunch time I work food I know how it can be and I was trying not to be annoyed that I've done this 3 times now" I get to the second window the lady hands me drinks and a bag of food I notice immediately my drink is not there so I say "hey like there was a mistake made at the speaker and my drink isnt here" she quickly hands me my drink... cool... I look in the bag my nuggets are missing so I stay she opens the window back up throws her hands up and says "well your order isn't the order on the screen so what else are you missing" i tell her "it was with nuggets" she slams the window storms off and comes comes back and hands them to me i said "and your manager " she refused to get the manager i pull out and call the store. A woman answers i say I need to speak with a manager she says "I am a manager" i explain how terribly I was just treated and she says "okay well I'll have the GM call you if you leave your number.." I left my name and number STILL...

When your staff doesn't care about their job it shows in the quality of service. The child taking our order stopped taking it and said pay at the window even though we did not finish ordering items. The child at the first window just stared at us for a long period of time. We asked if we pay here and no response. After asking multiple times we pulled forward frustrated by her lack of ability to communicate. She then ran to the pick up window and complained we had yet to pay. If you blankly stare at customers and don't even attempt to open your window when we are asking you where to pay of course we are gonna leave you to whatever sadness you are lost in. The lady at the second window was the one who took our order and was mad we wanted more. The saving Grace was two darker ladies stepped in and started fixing it. They actually wanted to be there. The food we got was cold. Fries have a 7 minute life span and these had been sitting for a time. The nuggets were sad and flavorless. The burgers were smaller than the bison burger we can get down the street for 6 dollars with choice of side. The saving Grace was the Sunday that they didn't want us to order. Please get rid of the two white girls with brown hair that work there. They are part of the fall of mc Donald's. Like they are trying to cxl the place...
