The manager at the Sheridan location is terrible. Unfortunately this is the only sandwich shop in the small town so I have visited this location several times. He is always unfriendly, rude and very short tempered. To add insult to injury the order is never correct. Several times I have ordered extra meat and if you order in the restaurant he acts like extra is coming out of his pocket and throws a fit when putting it on the sandwich. If you order online and request extra meat I can guarantee you will not receive it.
