This place is one of the best Qdobas I have ever eaten at. The meat is never dried out. You can choose burrito, bowl, or tacos. They have fajita meat, Adobo Chicken, ground beef, pulled pork, and more. You can choose from cauliflower, red, or white rice. Black beans, pinto beans, several different kinds of salsa, shredded cheese, queso cheese, sour cream, guacamole, onions, peppers, fajita mix, corn salsa, and several other things. I tried the Adobo Chicken over cauliflower rice, black beans, tomato salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I will definitely order this again. The cauliflower rice was amazing. My fiance got the Adobo Chicken with white rice, black beans, fajita onions and peppers, Pico, sour cream, and guacamole. He said his was delicious also. We got it to go. They have a great system (assembly line). They are quick and efficient. Definitely decent price for all the food you get.

2 weeks ago: I was not sure I wanted to eat here, since I noticed trash shoved in between the booths and the windows as I was walking in. I decided to give it a try and the food was actually very good. The staff and restaurant as a whole were very disorganized. Though the food was good, the experience was not one I would want again tomorrow. Today: The restaurant has been remodeled so I was excited to give it another chance. The pictures attached are what I took tonight and will be sending to the health department. The staff was the same, uninterested, disrespectful girls who were there before. Though the restaurant was recently remodeled, it is apparent that it has not been cleaned since. This was my last time eating at this Qdoba.

There were only 4 people in line when I entered the store. I was excited because Qdoba is one of my favoritesā˜ŗļø. After ordering and paying that’s were the disappointing beginsšŸ˜•. The manager he came from the back line cooking to chastise a worker who simply didn’t know. That made me feel bad 😢 as if I shouldn’t have asked my question. My beans where hard. Very few were soft and the chicken tasted like water. It was so bland šŸ˜“The fajita veggies 🤣🤣More like fresh chopped bell peppers. It was so many I had to remove some to see the rest of the meal. And they weren’t even soft. Felt like I was in a garden šŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒI can’t believe I have finally had a bad Qdoba experience. I probably won’t be back to this location.

I was hesitant to even write a review because based on other's reviews, the owner sure doesn't seem too concerned with responding. However, I felt it necessary to write one anyway. So where to begin? Perhaps I'll start with the server that gave me half a scoop of steak and when I asked for just a tad bit more, the manager on shift rudely and quite loudly stated it would be a $2 charge. I mentioned how there was literally 5 pieces in my bowl and she just rolled her eyes and repeated it'd be $2. Fast forward to check out; I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and told them I wanted to get her a soda. The same rude manager chimed in saying that soda wasn't an option; only juice or milk. I asked if we could just pay for a soda for her and was told no, only juice or milk. Excuse me, but who is she to tell me what I can and/or cannot order for my daughter? If I'm willing to pay for it, take my money and move on about your business! Lastly, we sit down to eat, and my bowl isn't even half filled! I spent over $20 for mine, my ladies, and our daughter's food and I get an equivalent of a child's bowl! I figured we'd give them a second chance even after the first time they messed our entire order up and we had to drive all the way back (only to discover they messed it all up again!), they would've hired more competent people that actually care about their jobs; apparently not! We certainly will not be going back to this establishment! Looks like Chipotle will get our...

There were two problems with the order and another problem with how I was treated. When I arrived in the restaurant about 7:50pm to pick up my order that became ready at 7:38pm there was a long line. I did not see my order on the pick up shelf. I got the attention of the female associate and told her the name the order was under. She acted like there was no order. Two more people came in looking for their on line orders and I watched as she turned them away also. I know because I asked the two other customers. The other two customers left the store, while I stayed in line to get my order. When I finally got to the front of the line I showed the male associate my order Email and said "This is my online order and it is paid for, but it is not on the pick up shelf." The female associate overheard me and rushed over to say they called out the customer name, but then took the order back. If they did this, then they did this before I arrived. Also, if they knew the name on the order, then why did the female associate (who was trying control the narrative) act deceptively and act like the order didn't exist at all? This is a dishonest practice. Someone should be terminated for this alone.

As if this wasn't enough, they made my initial order incomplete by leaving two items out of the bags that I then had to go back for. This place is ridiculous. I feel sorry for the two customers that totally lost their orders because of this location's negligence...

I don't know what I was really expecting...

Was I expecting Awesome-Sauce? No. Or maybe perhaps Trumpets to sound when I took a bite into the food? Definitely not.

I was expecting my Burrito Bowl to taste adequate, but it was bland and blah.

What I was expecting, however, was a nice clean atmosphere where I could feed my 3 year-old son a quesadilla (which he didn't eat due to spiciness -- which I don't blame QDOBA for) and black beans (which he did eat so it wasn't all lost). When I finished what he couldn't eat, however, like my Burrito Bowl....It just tasted bland and blah.

I was expecting a clean booth -- there wasn't one.

I was expecting friendly people who wanted to help me get my order right -- I'm not deaf, but I have slight ADD and with the background noise I could not completely hear all of the options the person on the other side of the counter gave me. When I asked her to repeat himself/herself he/she gave an obvious eye roll.

I wasn't expecting Chipotle level food, but I felt like I was in a cafeteria. The person literally slopped the Queso into the containers and onto my bowl.

I don't want to state that I will never eat at QDOBA again, but I will not visit this one. I'll go to Taco Bell -- and explode a toilet 15 minutes afterward -- instead.

If the Management reads this...I don't want compensation. I don't need or want an apology. I just want it to be better.

Thank you...
