Cafe Dolce — Restaurant in Shoreline

A new must-visit coffee shop! I’ve been hunting for a great place to work remotely, and Cafe Dolce might be my new go-to location. The space is large and bright, and the staff have been very friendly and personable so far. There’s a decent amount of seating options, including a conference room that groups can reserve. Coupled with their wifi, I could definitely see this becoming a hot spot for students groups, or remote workers like me.

In terms of beverages, Cafe Dolce offers the usual coffee and tea choices, plus a refrigerated shelf with water, sparkling water, juice, soda, and more.

For food, this place has a surprisingly varied menu that makes it an ideal location for a snack or light lunch. They not only have pastries, but also some sandwiches and a good variety of soup (I had a cup of broccoli cheddar and it was delicious).

The staff didn’t care much the quality of coffee she made. As a sit-down coffee shop, they still just hand out cheap paper cup. For the price they charge, this is very disappointing. And the coffee I got I can only taste the sugar and chocolate but no coffee itself. And don’t even mention the coffee art. This is an over priced place with terribly trained staff. This little cafe in Shoreline is such a gem. Got the shakshuka and a latte and both were so good. Like I will definitely be back to check out the rest of the menu.
