Starbucks — Restaurant in Shoreline

Drinks are up to Starbucks standards. I keep trying to give this location a try, but it is torture watching how slow the employees move here. Often there is only one person working which, for this location isn't under staffed. If there is even one person in front of me, I know I have to settle in for a 10 to 15 minute wait. Today I stood in the line for a minute and a half behind three people, and the clerk had not fully transitioned between taking the order and making that person's drink. His movements could be described as lethargic, except he was cheerfully chatting with clients. I really, really can't wait that long for people to chat it up while there is a line, so I left. My 81 year old mother bought a tumbler in this location 2 days ago and when she came home she decided it was not something she can use. She tried to look for her receipt but she cannot find it. She asked for my help and so I called the store and spoke to Seyfu. I told him the situation and he said there would be no problem as they will refund it without the receipt. I was not able to come by until tonight and was told by the manager Contana that they will not be able to refund without the receipt and offered me a free drink. Now I believe they should honor their word. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had with any Starbucks location. They did not even offer a credit. I just moved into the apartment across the street, and I was excited that there is a Starbucks at Safeway just right across my place. There is a lady who is very friendly and always make my drink right. However, in my last two visits, it was a girl and a guy, each of them messed up my drinks, 2 times in total and I am not coming back. The guy did not even know what is a Starbucks Double Shot On Ice. I buy Starbucks everyday, and I am not trying to give anyone a hard time. But I think I deserve what I pay for, and it's a big waste of time to go get your favorite drink but turns out a wrong one.
