I work at a business across from this place and I came for my usual coffee and they were busy. I stood next to the car and I would have been n2xt so I asked the lady of she would make my coffee. She said that they were very busy and that I should stand behind a car. I pointed out that I would be next after 2 cars and she said well you have to wait. This coffee can be hit or miss, but I have had weekly coffee here for over a year now and I would say it's always going to be superior to Starbucks. They make really delicious drinks!
