Best Teriyaki & Sushi — Restaurant in Shoreline

Worst Teriyaki and Sushi I've ever had. I ordered the Chicken and Beef teriyaki for my fiance's lunch at work. And Philadelphia Rolls, as a snack for myself. First of all, who mixes their Chicken and Beef together? That threw him off and I asked for extra extra spicy. I don't know what the red sauce in the bottom of his bag was but it clearly wasn't hot sauce because he said it was the opposite of extra spicy And my sushi.....so i asked for no crab (because I'm allergic to shellfish). I've never even heard of crab being in a Philadelphia, I would know, they are my favorite. But it didn't have crab inside () but neither was my cucumber. Just salmon and cream cheese. They lost my business. I liked their teriyaki and have been going there for years, but recently placed an order for take out, and less than 5 minutes after I hung up something occurred which changed my timing, so I called and asked if it could be delivered 30 minutes later, but they unapologetically refused. My food sat on my doorstep getting cold for 30 minutes. Still probably would have gone back, but the order had the wrong soup. I went in the next day to either get the correct soup or a refund. Friendly pick up. When I got home I was cautious! Opening the container I smelled onions. There was a sweet taste to the chicken, but I had asked for the teriayki sauce on the side. Realized the grill had not been cleaned & onions had also previously been cooked for some other dish on that same grill. Will not return.
