If you want a pleasant dining experience here, dont make a complaint about the food because the owner will argue with you throughout the rest of your time there and be in your face defending his spring rolls (please keep in mind, I order spring rolls everywhere I go that have them and this was the 1st time in my life that I was not satisfied). He will come back to your table and show you the noodles that I said were near frozen and too hard or not fully cooked. At that point I grabbed the small bundle and broke them in half showing him that they should be separated and you shouldnt hear them breaking if theyre fully cooked and fridge temperature. He will come back to your table a couple more times to say this is how spring rolls are and this is how theyve made them for years.

They charge you for the spring rolls and when you ask to get it removed from your bill because you only ate half of one half and it wasnt good in anyway, he will get back in your face about how it is good and youre just picky or you dont know how spring rolls are.

Terrible customer service. The owner does not listen, impatient, and doesnt handle critiques well. He was also very loud and made his own scene. Rude, arrogant, and condescending. It could've just been a bad batch but after how he reacted, I will never...

Yesterday was the first and last time ordering takeout from this place. After all the great reviews I thought I would give this place a try. I ordered General Tao ( I know it is not spicy but I requested medium hot and they said they could do it), Sweet and Sour chicken and Cream cheese puffs. The General Tao was not spicy at all and the only reason I'm giving one star because my husband said it was good otherwise. The Sweet and Sour Chicken tasted like it was from yesterday. I could hardly chew the chicken and not enough sweet and sour sauce. The rice was so hard and tasted like it has been sitting around a long time. The Cream cheese puffs another thing I could barely chew. Cream cheese tasted very old and was not given any sweet and sour sauce. I never leave reviews, and everyone(or restaurant) is going to have a bad day here and there. I called-in my order and the gentleman communicated VERY well. He made an alternate suggestion to what I wanted to order, which allowed me to get the lunch special - 👍🏻, and it was ready in under 10 minutes - It’s only about a three minute drive from my house. The rice, wings and eggroll were all fine, but the breaded chicken (And I have experienced this elsewhere before) were all small pieces of mostly breading and a little bit of chicken rather hard and frankly tasted somewhat freezer burnt, old and almost as though it was heated up in a microwave oven, not saying it was.
