Long story short horrible customer service.... They messed up my order Then got upset and were rude to me over it. I called corporate because I was so upset over their horrible customer service. Corporate said oh we're so sorry for that and started to say what they were going to do for me. I was waiting for her to finish talking and was going to say I don't want anything I just wanted you to be aware of the situation at this location...
But I didn't get to do that because they hung up on me. So I not only got bad customer service from the Shorewood Branch but also bad customer service from the customer service at corporate pretty sad that's okay alright. I'm sure Starbucks will be happy to get my money...
   Read moreI consistently get stuck in this drive thru for 15+ minutes even when they're not slammed. It puzzles me and happens several times a week. This is one of those drive thrus that doesn't allow you to abort mission, so at times I've had to do photo or video check ins with my employers for when I enter and exit the drive thru to show them why I'm 20-30 minutes late. I try to be a good lil consumer and order ahead on the app but that REALLY compounds the "can't abort mission" problem.

Most of the time my drinks are made incorrectly the only thing that is ever always correct is ice tea. The toasted bagels seem like they are just microwaved even if I ask them to be extra toasted. If I ask for my cream cheese to be on the side its a 50/50 and I never find out until I'm already at work.
