Every time I come here it it feels like people are just pissed off, if you use delivery apps at this location 9 times out of 10 they won’t read your order correctly if you made changes to anything on their menu. (Example being: changing sandwich from bacon to sausage) I don’t review places till they deserve it, negatively or positively; but todays completely burnt sandwich was inedible, past the slightly charred point. And this has happened multiple times before.

Horrible management asked for easy ice on my and my dad's latte due to having cold sensitivity on our teeth. They out right refused to do so. And employees were told by the manager to never give easy ice The manager also gave us a hard time about it I've never experienced this issue only at this dunkin multiple times. 3rd time was the last straw never going here again

Long story short horrible customer service.... They messed up my order Then got upset and were rude to me over it. I called corporate because I was so upset over their horrible customer service. Corporate said oh we're so sorry for that and started to say what they were going to do for me. I was waiting for her to finish talking and was going to say I don't want anything I just wanted you to be aware of the situation at this location...

But I didn't get to do that because they hung up on me. So I not only got bad customer service from the Shorewood Branch but also bad customer service from the customer service at corporate pretty sad that's okay alright. I'm sure Starbucks will be happy to get my money...

I consistently get stuck in this drive thru for 15+ minutes even when they're not slammed. It puzzles me and happens several times a week. This is one of those drive thrus that doesn't allow you to abort mission, so at times I've had to do photo or video check ins with my employers for when I enter and exit the drive thru to show them why I'm 20-30 minutes late. I try to be a good lil consumer and order ahead on the app but that REALLY compounds the "can't abort mission" problem.

I've honestly given this location multiple chances, and have even called to complain. Most of the time my drinks are made incorrectly the only thing that is ever always correct is ice tea. The toasted bagels seem like they are just microwaved even if I ask them to be extra toasted. If I ask for my cream cheese to be on the side its a 50/50 and I never find out until I'm already at work. Its extremely frustrating and I'm so sad that I will probably only go there for iced tea moving forward. What a...
