Sam's Restaurant — Restaurant in Shorter

I'm irritated. We are building a commercial establishment in the area. I stop here to feed my crew and spend anywhere from $50-$100. I been noticing they don't really ring you up and kiosk always says $9.99. Being in business I understand that you are trying not to claim all the money coming in but.....with that said when I ask for ketchup with multiple boxes of food stop getting a attitude when I want more then 2 pks of ketchup, hot sauce or even napkins etc. The female there has a attitude EVERYTIME about condiments. Also, stop cooking the food a hour earlier, twice now the livers and jalapeño poppers have been very dry from sitting. You have a good thing going don't mess it up like everyone else in the area has. Gratuity is asked for but that comes with a price of great service! Also, the taco stand part needs alot of training. ...

I entered Sam’s restaurant and immediately was greeted, smiled at and waved to by Bala!! 😁He was very pleasant and informative with my questions. I ordered “freshly cookedl catfish dinner , corn nuggets and fried green beans and a bottle of water and he said it would be ready in 10-12 minutes! They have some food already cooked in the steam table if you’re in a hurry and I was not, since I am a truck driver and just stopped next door for the night.. I also ready other reviews and saw where , if you ask, they will cooked anything fresh for you….!! it was worth the wait to have my dinner fresh! Everything was delicious and I am very pleased with my choice!! They also offer smoothies, milkshakes and scoops of Blue Bell ice cream!! Can’t wait to come back and try other dinner option with I’m in the area!...

I recently visited Sam’s Restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing — especially the hot wings, burgers, quesadillas, tacos, salads, fried fish, and chicken tenders. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The wings had the right amount of spice, the burgers were juicy, and the fried chicken was crispy and delicious. The portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even better.
