Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Shreveport

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience at this Sonic today. I'm always here because my daughter lives the sand play area. I ordered a simple corndog, small onion ring and small cherry limeade. My order was $7 and some change. I tipped my carhop $2.00. I received a corndog that was barely warm. I didn't complain. But when I got to my onionrings they were unacceptable. Dark and burnt! I asked for another order. The manager asked me do I want her to personally make them. My answer was, it doesn't matter who makes them. They came out exactly the same! So I go to the drive through and explain I was in stall #8 .....can I have a refund. I get to the window. The manager asks me for my original receipt I told her it was in the first bag that I was given and I handed it back when they brought the second order. Then she proceeded to ask me a million questions. I just drive off. I'm on my lunch break. They just lost a loyal customer. YOUR SONICS ON MANSFIELD NEAR MCDONALD'S ACROSS FROM FAMILY DOLLAR ON 70TH STREET WAS THE PROBLEM THE DRIVE THRU PERSON TOOK OUR ORDER I ORDERED THE ICE-CREAM CONE AT FIRST BUT I SWITCHED TO A BANNA SPLIT AND A SMALL FRY MY FRIEND PLACED HER ORDER SHE WAS IN SITTING HER CAR AND I WAS SITTING ON THE BENCH WE WERE WAITING FOR OUR ORDERS IT TOOK LONGER THEN EXPECTED SO I WENT INSIDE TO ASK ABOUT OUR ORDERS THE GENTLEMAN I SP9KE TO WAS WORKING ON WHAT SEEMED TO BE A MACHINE OR SOMETHING WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM HE ASSURED ME THAT THE ORDER'S WOULD BE OUT IN 2 MINUTES AND I TOLD MY FRIEND. BUT ORDERS WERE GIVEN TO THE FAMILY PARKED NEXT TO US AND THEY WERE THERE ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND WE HAD BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES EXACTLY. WE WATCHED AS THE EVENING CREW CAME IN AND WE SAW WHAT SEEMED TO BE A FEW MORNING PEOPLE LEAVE 🙄 WE'VE BEEN TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE MANY TIMES AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM. I went through the drive-thru, ordered burritos. Then asked for a fork at the check out window. The cashier walked away. As I was wondering what takes so long to just get a fork, she came back and said, "He said we're out of them right now". Then I could hear a man's voice in the background saying, "you got burritos, who asks for a fork" with a negative tone. I do sir, and I don't think that was too much to ask. On a separate occasion, I ordered at the drive-thru pull up, swipe my card, and the cashier says, "you just paid for someone else food". Excuse me, last time the cashier snatched my card and swiped it below the window and said, "you pay here". So I did that and it's wrong too...so...
