Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sibley

Update Went in to see if Troy in management that said he would take care of this problem did but hasnt done anything. But a very nice cashier Alexi listened to my problem informed me nothing had been done, I ordered anyway after I was done waiting he talked to Jacob the on duty Mgr and told him what happened and thanks to him and Jacob my problem was taken care of and made me want to come back. Because they both decided customer satisfaction & keeping a customer is more important! Thanks to them I will be returning if I see they are working.** Original post.. So I won't be back I'll start going to Jax. Went in last night with the family Sat night And was told the dining room was closed at 8:45. You should post that on your website that it closes at 8:45 I asked how they're going to be open till 10:00. She says dining closes at 9:00. I said well it's 8:45. She said it takes 15 minutes to clean it. All while there was a family sitting in there eating I said I won't be back and I won't order to go she didn't care. So I drove to Worthington 30 minutes away and...

I think I have given this place enough of my money and time. Ordered food on a tuesday night wanted wings and a pizza. Shortly after placing my call I received a phone call telling me that they could not make the wings due to the fryers being shut off. I asked why the fryers were shut off when they were still open. No good reason.

They did not offer anything for the wings and I had to ask for something different. Could hear people in the background on the phone not wanting to help or be helpful. Saying they didn't care and so forth.

When I got the pizza it was cold, there was zero sauce on it and my topping where burnt and tasted so gross. I thought I would speak to the manager about this but she was the one who was working last night.

Everytime I order its always an ordeal from them forgetting things to just making it wrong to them refusing to do something. I think my money and energy will be better spent...

Edit: I visited this Pizza Hut location on 3 January, 2021 and not a single employee was wearing a mask or gloves. I cannot in good conscience recommend this location and changed my original five star review to one star. Yuck.

I live about 30 mins away from my two nearest Pizza Huts; one in Worthington, MN, and the other in Sibley, IA. We prefer Pizza Hut's pizza over closer pizza places, so the half-hour drive is worth it for a treat every couple weeks, and we always get carry-out. We've always gone to Worthington's Hut, but over the years, more than half the time they got out ordr wrong, so we had to begin checking our order before leaving town, which is just a bit silly. Because of that, we switched to Sibley's PH, and we've NEVER had a single thing wrong with our order. The service is great, employees are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean.
