Hi! My name is Carla. In the past, Arby's was my favorite place to get sandwiches,fries, etc. I would actually crave Arby's roast beef. I live 25 miles from the nearest Arby's, so a 50 mile round-trip for roast beef doesn't occur that often. I joined Arby's online hoping to receive coupons, special deals, or some added incentive to justify my "Arby Runs." Sadly, I haven't received any promotional deals yet. I was given money for my Birthday so I decided I was entitled to MY ARBY'S. Sadly, I wish I had stayed at home. I ordered 3 or 4 of the roast beef and cheddar, several ham and cheese sliders, probably 6 or more of the sides. I intended on getting my roast beef fix for several days. After we got back home, I was nearly in tears. The roast beef tasted old or had a taste I was unfamiliar with. I ate three bites. The ham on the sliders was a grayish color; the cheese was barely on the bun (most had run off and down the side). The little buns for the slider were nearing the "mold" state. The bottoms were hard and that white powder that will cover old bread, was all over the little buns. I am so sorry to give this review....for my reasons. I drove 50 miles, spent over $35.00 and received a huge helping of disappointment. My two fur babies were elated for a few days. Your staff at the drive-thru was a sweetheart. Read moreMy family loves Arby’s, we go to Sikeston once a week and 80% of the time we come here to eat! BUT this visit was horrible, I dislike drive-thru and this was exactly the reason why!! They were extremely slow to even take our order & then said sorry the mic cut out and only heard the shake, so had to repeat everything because the shake was the last item, soon I paid we got pulled to side, waiting and waiting, server took food to another vehicle, I asked her if we could get ketchup, I forgot the second time I repeated order to ask for it, well the vehicle actually got our food and I had to go back through drive-thru to tell them I got wrong order, pulled again, she finally brought our food and I asked again if she got the ketchup, she raised her voice and said “your sauce is in the bag” well we got 2 cups of bbq sauce, and didn’t even order chicken strips, so instead of drive thru again I went to McDonald’s!! Will definitely be awhile before we will go back there and will never go through the drive...
Read moreI had ordered 2 beef n cheddars, 1 being a meal, as well as 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 being a meal. I had just gotten paid, and had been using my debit card at multiple places. My card was declined a few times in a row. There was a gentleman in a blue shirt who was very patient about it, he had tried running my card at least 3 times. I ordered 3 drinks, and he had already handed them to me. I asked him if he wanted me to hand them back so i can go the ATM and figure my card out, and he was nice enough to give them for free. I know it was probably a small deed in their eyes, but that really stuck out to me as great customer service. I felt really bad when I came back with my money from the ATM, but by the time I got my cash from Walmart, he was gone.
