Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sikeston

My husband and I run OTR team and once a week I place a walk-in order through my app many hours ahead of pickup time. The last couple of times our order has not been completed and ready on time. The order for today was placed an hour ahead of time. I received notification of it being placed and another one that it was ready. We parked our truck and went inside to pick it up, like always. Waiting a few minutes to ask if it was about ready because there was nothing in the pickup area. I then asked about the status and they said that they didn't have any orders for my name. I know that I placed it and it was being prepared, but yet they had no order. Then I checked my app and it then read "no order". Somehow it had been deleted??? We ordered at the counter and then received our order and also got a side of ATTITUDE! Many times that we have been in there and it seems to be no sort of process, just employees walking back and forth on a wet floor and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing atmosphere. This is the most disgusting,filthy,disorganized Dunkin I have seen in a very long time. Receipts laying all over the front counter,powder sugar all over the floor and display cases,donut paper wadded up inside display cases,donut paper all over the floor,coffee grounds,sugar and milk all over the back counter,the floor,the coffee machines,all the glass is filthy with fingerprints and liquid substances,computer screens filthy,boxes all over the back floor by the food area,napkins all over,machines had so much filth on them who knows if it was mold or just dirt? Employees on their phones and handling food with no gloves. This place is an absolute disaster! I am going to email the state and let them know that this place is going to get someone really sick or worse. They need to shut down and forced to clean every inch of this place and have frequent inspections. This is just unacceptable! Public health and the state are getting...

I stopped by this location yesterday to get my kids a sweet treat after school, and they absolutely loved it! They had the cutest spider donuts (as shown in the photo I uploaded), along with a fun green version and a couple of regular donuts topped with Halloween-themed sprinkles. The kids thought they were the coolest treats ever!

This location is always clean and well-kept, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. The seating area is comfortable for a shared restaurant space, with another quick-service option located right next door. The lighting is bright, the large windows make it feel open and inviting, and there are plenty of delicious food and drink options to choose from.
