Wendy's — Restaurant in Sikeston

I have to sadly share the sentiment of the other reviews. We usually stop here on our way out of town because it’s quick and we need to keep driving. So we’ve been here multiple times. The inside is ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms in particular are absolutely atrocious. (The photo this visit was better than usual). The lobby never seems to have a clean table and if you hit it right, you’re lucky if you get the ketchup dispenser that has ketchup in it. It’s truly sad, because this restaurant is new but it’s going to look horrible in a short time. The customer service is basically non-existent. You feel like you are a bother for them to have to take your order. I know we live in a time where it’s hard to get workers, but I question where management is on this one. We’ve come back a few times, but not sure for how much longer that...

They have moved to a brand new building, sadly Wendy's did not keep the one in Sikeston that was the original open, and I'm one of the people who live in this town that are annoyed by that because they went from a decent parking lot to a micro parking lot, where a full-size truck can barely fit, entering the parking lot is challenging coming from the opposite way if you're not coming from the highway, but the food and everything and service and people are all still on point and they are awesome I just wish that Wendy's would have left the original location open the handle the overflow cuz everybody in Sikeston loves it and apparently...

They seem to mess up my order more often than not. This time they gave spicy nuggets when I wanted normal, 2 of our four sandwiches were burgers when I asked for chicken, and we're missing a 4 piece of nuggets. I was hoping this Wendy's would be better since it's new but if anything it's worse. Wendy's really fell off. Used to be my favorite. Seems like I can trust...
