If I can give 0 stars, I will. Yeah I am not the person to be writing bad reviews but, Do not get your ring resized here. Their jeweler has no skill. I went to ask if I can get my $5000!! ring resized here .I trusted them . The reason why I didn’t take it to original company that I got it from is because I had to send it out through Mail and I didn’t want to risk losing my ring or anything. Yet I had a bad outcome. So I took my ring here and I asked if they can resize it. They said “yes yes yes we can resize it” I’m assuming that they just wanted to make money. First they charge me about $200 not even a week I mean not even a week after getting my ring. The top of my ring broke literally in half. Along with diamonds falling off . And it literally just popped off. I did not bump it or anything or hit it on anything. And even IF I DID Hit it on something IT will take really hard force to break the 5K ring top off that. And will definitely break a finger. Or so . Not only that the way the jeweler welded my ring was all crooked. And uneven he made my beautiful ring. ugly , and I was very upset the moment I seen it . And here I go taking it back to them and I’m thinking maybe they can put it back for free and replace the diamonds because it was their fault that my ring messed up. They did not take no accountability for their actions. And they very unprofessional, blamed it on me, saying that I bumped my ring on a furniture or something.. and then !!! They say well if we fix it, it will be $300 to put it back in to replace the diamond rings that fell off . It totally just ruined my day ruined my engagement ring ruined ruined my beautiful experience and I couldn’t even get an apology from them. So unprofessional. Wow .. like I said your character says a lot ! Ohhh I’m sorry hun I didn’t specify that it was specifically two weeks and 2 days that my ring broke in half .also That’s all you have to say the “ reply” on your review says it all. I hope everyone sees that you do not take accountability for your actions. I did in fact speak up, which is why all “3” of your jewelers had to all agree that I damaged my own ring.. tell me what very professional experienced person has worked there for 100 years. I’m not going to argue and go back and forth with someone who can’t comprehend or fully understand how this service was unacceptable. The fact that no one can take accountability for what has happened and blame the customer speaks volumes. and not only that if you’re so confident about your business having 100 years of experience you wouldn’t worry about one little bad comment . Instead of you reply with an attitude you have a nice day...

Just picked up my Daddy’s birthstone ring that the stone had fallen out of years ago, and my Momma’s Emerald & Diamond ring that had lost an Emerald years ago, and the repairs are PHENOMENAL!! Wendy and Grace were so compassionate and took such great care of these rings that are irreplaceable and that my friends is what true customer service means!! My family and I will continue to cherish these two pieces of jewelry that my Daddy purchased from that very location in the 70’s known as Franks Jewelry.. I recently went in 2 weeks ago to order a ring to wear during Christmas Holidays. Less than a week Wendy called to tell me the ring was in and to come in to make sure it was the right size. She found a beautiful ring, perfect color of stone, and the price was amazing.
