Not my personal experience but I am constantly hearing about the horrible customer service. "My grandson had his 3rd birthday party at McDonald's this evening. Scheduled from 7-9pm. I prepaid everything, expecting all to be well. Long story short. No one properly set up for the children in the party. At 7:15 the decorations were barely going up. The table settings were laid out but staff did not block the tables so my gson did not get to see the set up (non-party children obtained ALL of it) nor did he receive ANY of what we paid for. Not even a paper hat. We inquired about the food at 7:20pm. This was a prearranged party but because a rush of customers walked in, we were told by the pm mgr (tall Hispanic male) that he needed to put our order in the register so that I was not charged again. Our children were not fed until 8:52pm! 3/4 of our guests left at 8pm due to "hangry" children. With the food out so close to our party rental time expiration, my baby did not even get to cut his cake. This manager's bad attitude and lack of attention completely ruined my grandson's birthday. To sum it up, he failed to follow through in every aspect of my grandson's birthday party. We cannot get a "do over" of this date. In total I am out over $100 (including adult food) for a non acceptable experience and when I spoke to a second male mgr, I was merely given a apology. Who does this to a child? Read moreWell, I'm sad to say that I have had 3 awful experiences in a row here now. On the first occasion, I got the wrong order at the window, so I had to pull around to wait for my order. I waited 14 minutes, the brought out part of my order, and I let them know I was still missing food. At 29 minutes I finally was able to have a word with management, who was rude and acted as if I was a burden. I received a refund and was not happy. Second occasion, similar to the first. I had to pull around to wait. At 18 minutes, I received my order and thanked them. Third, I had " all of the food" in my bag, only to open the breakfast biscuits and see that most were not what I ordered, they were all missing the egg, that I paid for. Yes it was correct on my receipt. Other than that, the food that I did eat tasted good! Employees just need to get it together. Place was never open indoors during these 3 occasions, so they were only dealing with drive through. Employees were sitting inside eating, smoking right outside the door. Read moreI haven't been to this location in... at least a couple of years. I went this afternoon for an early dinner, and have a few complaints.
Although the food I ordered was fresh enough, it wasn't that good as far as taste goes. The fries were fine, but the nuggets tasted like pure cooking oil. Yucka. I expect a tummy ache later.
As far as the employees go... the lack of customer service and friendliness was abhorrent. The girl at the first window wasn't awful, but I had more manners than she did. At least she tried to sound nice as I drove away, so she gets an A for effort there. The woman at the second window also lacked manners, but even worse, she basically threw the bag at me while curtly saying, "There you go." This was after she didn't say a word coming up to the window, and before she turned away as soon as my hand grabbed the bag - again, without saying a word.
