Very Unwelcoming and rushed. I Asked if I can have a mug to drink it in the shop and found out she was making it in a to go cup. There was a little less than an hour left till closing and was told unless I drink it very fast then I can have it in the shop. Having a cup of coffee is one of the few moments where I can relax and unwind. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Coffee was decent but is very expensive. Lack of communication with barista
I understand that people can have bad days but that shouldn't involve the customers.
Getting a good cup of coffee can really be the highlight of someone's day and for them to feel rushed and unwelcomed can really be upsetting.

With all of the new development around little ol' Simpsonville, it can be easy to forget that not too long ago, there used to be trees and two lane roads. Crossroads is not only a locally owned sweet treat, but they also support several local businesses. For that alone, I can't recommend supporting them enough.
BUT you're probably reading this, wondering if there is an outdoor patio or a cozy, corner couch. Or maybe if they sell local art alongside their coffee drinks and ice cream.

Read moreCrossroads is an adorable local coffee shop with all of the charm and ambiance that chains like Starbucks try so hard to emulate. I am obsessed with their vanilla cinnamon latte (a fall special, so you better get it fast!). It is like a dream in a cup! Must try!
